We have built this feature in our “Re-Search” search-engine whereby one can enter a few (and/or) keywords & the spider will (for next 30 days) send to your desktop all resumes containing these keywords which have arrived during past 24 hours.

Unless manually “re-activated,” spider expires after 30 days.

I believe this is one feature which would greatly impress the subscribers of our webservice. The very thought of an “Agent” which works for you 24 hours/day, conjures up images of ultimate in automation & unheard-of “productivity” gains.

So, we must charge Rs. 100/- for every (initial) activation & subsequent “re-activation” of the SPIDER. This is peanuts.

Now let us consider the load on the server.

If we have 100 subscribers, each letting loose 10 spiders, we would have 1000 spiders crawling on our server, although each may be searching a limited database belonging to that subscriber.

But, this is load on the server, nevertheless & could also cause traffic-jam.

So, we must build into the “Re-Search” a feature whereby the activities carried out by thousands of spiders gets “spread out” over 24 hours.

One spider may search at 10 am daily, second → 10:05, third → 10:10, & so on.

SECOND

Each subscriber’s OWN/PRIVATE database (of resumes) will be quite small in the beginning. Could we offer a feature whereby his spider can also “access”/“search” 3P’s database & without revealing the identity/contact info., send some of newly-arrived resumes (from 3P’s database) to the desktop of the subscriber (or an email)?

And since we expect to receive 2000 email resumes/day thru Project Manhattan, we have a greater chance of meeting his needs. We can charge Rs. 100/- + Rs. 100/-.
