One issue which every jobseeker worries about is :

What keywords should she use in her resume?

What keywords will truly represent her Knowledge / Skills / Expertise / Competence ?

A frequent  " Resume  Writing Tip "  for  jobseekers is to judiciously incorporate in their resumes, keywords relevant to their knowledge / skills.

No justification required for this.

But how can jobseekers get the HR Managers to " notice " those keywords as soon as they open the resume ? Each resume will likely get no more than 5 seconds to make a first good impression.

Aggregating job advertisements from several sources and then making these " searchable " on one platform, is indeed, a great ' time – saving '  feature for the jobseekers.

But, more often than not, such a platform turns out to be a great ' pain –giving ' exercise!

There is not much of an advantage if clicking on any job-link in the job aggregator, simply transports the jobseeker to the concerned ' source ' .

If she feels like ' applying ' against that job, she must

  • login

  • then ' apply online '

Now imagine having to submit resume on dozens of job-portals and having to remember all those passwords!
