DATABASE OF "GRADUATES"

"ABOUT TO BECOME GRADUATE" ENGINEER/ MGMT STUDENTS

The idea is to build - up a database of such students.

PURPOSES / OBJECTS:-

A. Short - term:-

       To help such student find job

       To help corporate find the right "candidates" for their "Trainee" vacancies.

As of now I am thinking of keeping this service FREE, both to the students and to the corporate. That means we will not collect any fees from either.

The whole idea behind keeping this service FREE is to encourage a very large number of students and corporate to "Register" with us (Become Members) - build up a traffic to our extra-net site - to build - up our corporate image brand.

B. Long - Term

Today’s student is tomorrow's "Executive". Within 2/3 years of taking - up his first - job, such an executive would be an look - out for a "better" job. When he does, we want him to think about 3P and its "services" and come - back to us - and not to any other recruitment agency.

Since we would have their temporary as well as permanent addresses, we could also keep in touch with them thru "circulars" and encourage them to up - date their resume "on - line" once - a - year.

This is our long - term objective.
