“Job Archive Search” for Jobseekers

  • Chronological

  • Company-wise

  • See enclosed U/I for both.

  • These (searches) will be on “Jobseeker” side of India Recruiter (and all other partner websites).

  • The idea came up primarily to get search-engine spiders to decide to index & fetch job-adverts which we have downloaded so far & those which we continue to download (in 2-month gap). We hope this will boost our page rank / position on search engines.

  • Maybe each & every job-advert should carry one link to WWJ.

  • We should not host this feature on WWJ – since we claim WWJ is not a jobsite & does not offer job-adverts. WWJ makes job-searching online-complete.

  • Log-in (by jobseeker) required only if he wants to “Apply Online.”
    Casual visitors should be able to try out the feature transparently to see how it works.
