1️⃣ Old job adverts (earlier posted on various job websites)	Subscribers of your website who could be: Corporate Employees or Placement Agencies.	Your subscriber logs into your website → Recharge Your Prepaid A/c Free → Uploads jobs and/or resumes.	By donating jobs/resumes to your website, your subscriber gets Barter Points (credit) into his account which can be used for downloading resumes (or posting jobs).	Uploading of old job adverts will be allowed only once for each old advert; only logically/formatted resumes will be accepted.
2️⃣ Old text resumes (lying on subscriber’s hard disk)	They are likely to be found in the job folders on the subscriber’s computer collected/unstructured over the seasons.	—	—	These resumes will undergo validation and filtration through automated software before final credit point allotment.
