Product Review: Resume Posting
Services34
If you're familiar with the
online job search process, you know how complicated it can be to post your
resume to all the many different career search websites. Some ask you to copy
and paste your resume. Some ask you to retype all your information5.
Some processes are so comp6licated, it almost seems like a waste of
time to even post your resume!
In browsing the various online
job search options, we at The Career News came across one service that claimed
to make our job search process (and lives) easier. ResumeRabbit.com is a
site to which you post your resume information one time and they take care
of the rest by then distributing it to up to 90 different job search websites.
We read their testimonials and found them to be quite impressive! So, we
decided to try it out for ourselves.
We chose one candidate as our job
applicant. She didn't have a current resume, but with ResumeRabbit.com, that
was not a problem. She just followed the friendly (and, might we add, cute)
rabbit through the easy steps to creating one. ResumeRabbit.com states that the
process of signing up takes only about 15 minutes - and it did!
Our applicant chose a username
and password (which would then also be used when she logged in to the various
individual sites to which her resume would be posted), and then she followed
the clear and user-friendly prompts for filling in the pertinent information. And
much of the ResumeRabbit.com form form was "point and click".
First, she was asked to enter her
basic information (name, location, level of experience, etc.), then her basic
skills and work experience and preferences. Before long, she had a
new, up-to-date resume.
After the process of data entry
was complete, she paid the small fee and about an hour later checked her
email inbox. Literally, within minutes of finishing her form, she had
confirmation of her application and had

Career Newsletter
already received emails from many
of the job sites letting her know they had received her information and posted
her resume.
ResumeRabbit.com also provided
her a personal log-in web page that included a list of the career
sites her resume was posted on, the status of those postings, the web address
and log-in instructions for each site she was posted on, as well as a
"direct link" that allowed "one-click log-in" to the
majority of sites she was posted on.
ResumeRabbit.com claims that
once information is entered, a resume will be sent to and posted on different
job search sites within 72 hours. Our applicant barely had to wait 72
minutes for most of them! One small fee and just one, late-day application had
two interviews set up and was sure she'd have many more to come as a result of ResumeRabbit.com's
easy and dependable service.
One of the unexpected benefits
our applicant found about the process, was that there were many more career
sites available than she realized. Once she had accounts on each of them, she
was able to easily log into each and search the jobs listed on many different
sites -- as well as take advantage of the plethora of free information, tools
and tips that the various sites have to offer.
Admittedly, we were uncertain
that ResumeRabbit.com would, in fact, be able to provide the instant results
it claimed it would. And while we don't believe any Resume Distribution or
Posting service can change the current job market, we do believe they can give
you a competitive edge in a crowded job market. We were extremely
impressed with the reliability of ResumeRabbit.com and the timely results.
If you're looking for a way to cut
over 60 hours from your job search efforts and maximize your career
opportunities, then ResumeRabbit.com is definitely the tool you've been looking
for. They claim that in 15 minutes you'll make your resume available to
1.5 million employers & recruiters that search the top 50 career sites
daily! We found it to be true.
Why not let ResumeRabbit.com
multiply your chances of landing a great job! It takes just 15 minutes
to jumpstart your career search. To give it a try, go to http://www.ResumeRabbit.com
