JAM COMMUNICATION FLOW CHART

Abhi May 23, 2004.

In Implementation of JAM, the flow of communications (emails / SMS) between various constituents, will be very important. It will decide:

  • The process-sequence
  • The databases to be created
  • The "triggers" for various "next" steps of each process
  • The wording of each communication.

Enclosed find a tentative

  • Flow Chart
  • Drafts of various emails.

You will need to examine these, not only from our point-of-view but you will also need to discuss these, with each service-provider to understand their point-of-view. It is possible that they may come-up with some shorter / more convenient "FLOW".
