- (First Agreement I Signed today with BPL) - then
held up by BPL since they are not ready for 3/4 months!
- By and large, WWJ will keep away from "Content-creation"
on its own.
- "Content-creation" is an expensive
process and we don't have that kind of money.
- But, WWJ will have 4 "partners"
as shown above. We will try to get each of these partners to give us some
"Content".
- From each (partner), we will try to get some such
content, which will be of great use/benefit to some other partner - after,
maybe, some "processing".
- We will do this "processing / Value
Addition" as far as possible, automated!
- After that (Value-addition), we will
- either try to "sell" such
processed content to one-or-more of the other partners (or, even to
altogether third parties)
- OR, we will "exchange"
such content with some other content from one/more of the other
parties/partners.

- This is how we will GROW the content
(databases) without having to Invest.
- Let us now examine, what Content, we can
manage to get (for free, of course) from each partner and which other
partner would be interested in it (for money or in exchange for some other
content).
- JobSites
- We are spidering job-adverts from jobsites
and processing thru JOB-MINER to create a JOBS DATABASE.
- In course of time, our attempt would be for
jobsites to give us JOBS-DATABASE on their own/willingly/daily, in
a directly "usable" manner. If we can succeed
- in this, we don't need to spider! - and get into
possible conflict.
- The "carrot" that we will offer to
the jobsites will be/can be:
- We "deliver" their job-ads
to millions of mobile-phone owners for free. As a result
jobsites will get a lot of free publicity. It will help building
their "brand".
- We will offer them free use of "GumAd"
software. This will help them attract many more Corporate advertisers
- We will share with them, say, 10% of whatever
revenue-share that we get from different MSPs, whenever, a
jobseeker clicks "Apply Online" against one of the
job-adverts, received from a given jobsite. This is a new "revenue-stream"
which they have not ever thought of!
- Considering that, they (Jobsites) cannot,
in any case, stop us from spidering/downloading job-ads, these carrots
should do the trick.
- How can we leverage the jobs database?
- To deliver job-alerts to candidates on
their mobiles as SMS.
- Create a "CORPORATE DATABASE"
(extracted from job-adverts) and "SELL" it to
- Candidates
- Corporates
- MSPs
- (Of course, online & automated money
collection).
- Create "JOB MARKET ANALYTICS (GRAPHS)"
and "sell" (online) to Newspapers / TV channels
etc.
- Create "Job Descriptions" (for
thousands of actual job-titles / vacancy-names / positions, and "sell"
these (online on https://www.google.com/search?q=Recruitguru.com)
to Corporate HR managers.
- Send job-alerts to candidates (according to
their job-preferences, of course) directly on their "Interactive
TV" sets (e.g.: BSNL/ ATLAS Interactive TV, due to be launched by
Dec 2004 in Gurgaon and may be to Reliance Broadband (Netway) interactive
TV sets, in 2005).
- Wherever possible, we will partner with a "Delivery
/ Distribution Channel" as "money-collection agency".
We must not get into the "messy" affair of collection.
- Job Advts database, will also help us in
perfecting our "GumAd" software
- From Job-Advts Database, someday, we may
succeed in constructing CORPORATE ORGANISATION CHARTS.
- Another content that we may someday consider
to download from JOBSITES, is RESUMES
- (For this, we will need to subscribe and pay
to jobsites)
- How can we "leverage" resume-content?
- Who will want to "Buy"?
- How can we make money out of this?
- Hopefully, JAM itself may succeed in
building-up a sizable database of Resumes.
- But it may take a few years to build-up a resume
database of 100 million, only thru JAM!
- We can't wait so long.
- So, as soon as we can afford, we will "subscribe"
to as many jobsites (around the World) as we can, and then get our Spider
to download all the resumes, from all those jobsites, in 2/3
months (for each site). No need for more than One Quarter's
subscription.
- This way, we can build-up a resume database of 100
million resumes, may be within ONE year, at, may be, a total
cost of Rs. 50 lakhs / 100 lakhs!
- Next, we will process these 100 million resumes
thru our 'GuruMine' and create a structured database (on https://www.google.com/search?q=Recruitguru.com).
- Next, we will invite all these resume owners to log-in
and "edit"
- their own resumes (Image Builder versions).

- Then search / select NICHE / TARGET group
of resume-owners, based on search-parameters, such as:

- Function
- City / Country
- Designation Level
- (Max) Age

- (Min) / (Max) Salary etc.
- Then click button BLAST
- and, in matter of hours, that job-advt will get
delivered to the TARGET group as an email (Rs. 1/- per
jobseeker)
- (Who will collect money & how?)

- as a 160 character SMS on their mobile (in
addition to email) (Rs. 5/- per jobseeker)
- OR
- as full email job-alert on their home Interactive
TV (Rs. 10/- per jobseeker)

- We will "debit" the Corporate
employer member's ACCOUNT with the usage.
- In turn, we will pay
