Hi Friends,
Even as I launch this today ( my 80th Birthday ), I realize that there is yet so much to say and do. There is just no time to look back, no time to wonder,"Will anyone read these pages?"

12,000 KEYWORDS
28 May 2010
Kartavya,
12,000 KEYWORDS
12,000 KEYWORDS
One issue which every
jobseeker worries about is :
What keywords should
she use in her resume?
What keywords will
truly represent her Knowledge / Skills / Expertise / Competence ?
She need not worry if
she would simply look-up 12,000 + keywords in “ Resume Rater "
recruitment software tool.
In “ Resume Rater
", these keywords are already arranged according to " Function /
Skill " background of a jobseeker.
It is also quite easy
to download " Resume Rater " - free and without login.
The very first page of
Google search result, lists at least 5
websites from where one can download “ Resume Rater ”.

INTELLIGENT SOFTWARE
27 May 2010
Kartavya,
INTELLIGENT SOFTWARE
INTELLIGENT SOFTWARE
Re-writing of a resume
involves
- Paraphrasing the content without distorting the substance
- Re-arranging of the presentation for great visual appeal
This makes resume
re-writing a highly-skilled job, best left to expert / professional
resume-writers.
But converting one's
plain text resume into
- 8 visual / analytical
graphs
- Re-arranging these graphs
into thousands of unique
combinations
- and doing this Online
/ Automatically / Instantly , is something impossible without the help
of an intelligent software – a software which
also highlights the keywords !
It took me quite some
time to develop precisely such a software – then make it freely available to all at

HIGHLIGHTED KEYWORDS
26 May 2010
Abhi,
HIGHLIGHTED KEYWORDS
HIGHLIGHTED KEYWORDS
A frequent
" Resume Writing Tip " for jobseekers is to
judiciously incorporate in their resumes, keywords relevant to their knowledge
/ skills.
No justification
required for this.
But how can jobseekers
get the HR Managers to " notice " those keywords as soon as they open
the resume ? Each resume will likely get no more than 5 seconds to make a first
good impression.
Of course, if HR
Managers are using " Resume Rater " recruitment software
to ' rate ' all incoming resumes then there is no problem.
Not only will
keywords get highlighted automatically, but even the resumes will get ranked in
the descending order of " relevance ", with the best resumes
topping the list !
I would not be
surprised if many jobseekers are themselves rating their own resumes before
sending to recruiters !
After all ,
" Resume Rater " can be freely downloaded from nearly all websites
listed on first page of Google search results !

PAIN –GIVING ' EXERCISE
26 May 2010
Abhi,
PAIN –GIVING ' EXERCISE
PAIN –GIVING ' EXERCISE
Aggregating job
advertisements from several sources and then making these " searchable
" on one platform, is indeed, a great ' time – saving ' feature for
the jobseekers.
But, more often than
not, such a platform turns out to be a great ' pain –giving ' exercise!
There is not much of
an advantage if clicking on any job-link in the job aggregator, simply
transports the jobseeker to the concerned ' source ' .
If she feels like '
applying ' against that job, she must
- register on that jobsite
- submit resume
- login
- then ' apply online '
Now imagine having to
submit resume on dozens of job-portals and having to remember all those
passwords!
And having to keep
shuttling between the aggregating platform and those dozens of sources.
This is where
www.CustomizeResume.com
differs.
This is where a
jobseeker can " Apply Online " against any job-advt. irrespective of
the originating source.
Just
- one Submit Resume
- one login
- one page
- one click
Coming to think of it,
when conducting a job-search, does a jobseeker care a hoot from where you have
aggregated a job-advt., as long as she can see the Employer's name / position
advertised / salary offered / posting location and other details ?
And if the service is
free ?

EQUALLY POPULAR
19 May 2010
Kartavya,
EQUALLY POPULAR
EQUALLY POPULAR
To my knowledge, there
is only one human resource software which is equally popular amongst the HR
Managers and the jobseekers.
It is “ Resume Rater
“.
HR Managers love it
because it enables them to find the 5 best resumes out of 5000 received against
their advt., in a matter of minutes.
Jobseekers like it
because rating their own resumes [ using “ Resume Rater ” ], before
sending to recruiters, tells them whether it will get listed in those “ best 5
“ – those likely to be called for an interview .
One can download
“Resume Rater“[ free and without login ]
from almost any link
on the first 2 pages of Google search results ( - although there are millions
of links ! )
