RAM RESUME ALERT ON MOBILE

  • We have planned to offer these features to Corporate clients of our partner websites in Global Recruiter.
  • We will provide RAM/RAB instructions/buttons below each JOB ADVT. POSTING FORM, so that a Corporate client can decide there itself whether he wants RAM/RAB against that particular advt.
  • However, a Recruitment Manager may want to receive RAM/RAB against several vacancies, simultaneously. We must not force him to construct/create (say) 10 job-advts, one after another & then be able to click RAM/RAB button at the bottom of each.
  • Can we simply his life as per form enclosed? Recruitment Managers of large companies (with several URGENT vacancies) will love this! Being able to avail of RAM/RAB, RAM Following are my RESUME PREFERENCES. RAB.

How will it work?

  • It will work, more or less the same way it works on all other jobsites, except that in our case, a jobseeker will be able to select , precise/specific Placement Agencies (listed CITY-WISE), to whom he wants to forward his resume. He may select 5 or 50 or 1500. And he will select by names! No one-sentence claim such as

  • That is not all.

From CITY-WISE/INDUSTRY-WISE arranged drop-lists of 15000 Corporate Employers, a jobseeker will be enabled to choose/select (by Name), any no. of employers, to whom he wants WWJ to forward his resume. It will be done in matter of minutes.

Who benefits & how?

  • No other website offers such "OPTIONS" to a jobseeker, who becomes the main beneficiary. Without waiting to discover a job-advt (during innumerable jobsearches on jobsites) or receive a job-alert SMS, he goes out and proactively promotes himself.

POST RESUME

Dear Jobseeker

  • Please submit your resume here. Make sure all data is accurate/uptodate
  • Do comeback and EDIT your resume, at least once-a-year, more frequently if there are any changes. Recruitment managers do not like old/outdated resumes!
  • Your text resume should be elaborate, listing all the companies where you have worked in the past/durations/positions held/responsibilities shouldered/achievements/salaries earned etc. It is advisable to tabulate your "Employment History" neatly. That will show your "systematic thinking"/ "analytic skills".
  • In your text resume, freely use keywords which represent/signify your skills/ knowledge/Expertise. Before delivering your resume to prospective Employers (when you click "Apply Online" against any job-advt/job-alert), our Artificial Intelligent software will highlight these keywords (in RED colour too!). This will enable a Recruitment Manager to simply "glance" at your resume to decide to call you for an interview!
  • Our Matchmaker software will match all job-advts getting posted on a large no. of jobsites, everyday, with your "Job-Preferences". When Matchmaker finds a job that matches your preferences, it will send you an alert.
  • To ensure that you do not get same alerts again & again, Matchmaker matches only those jobs which got posted (on several jobsites) during past 24 hours only- and that too UNIQUE jobs (- very often, an employer posts same job advt on several jobsites, causing a lot of duplication).
  • By default, all matching job-alerts (of past 24 hours) will get emailed to you, ONCE-A-DAY.
  • These job-alerts/emails will carry an "Apply Online" link, which you can click. When you do, we will email your resume to the concerned job-advertiser.
  • You need not worry as to which job-site a job got posted - nor do you need to log into any of these sites to be able to "apply online".
