Dear HR Manager/ Recruiter

To use Resume sorter, you neither need any license nor bother about any Copyright issues. Feel free to make as many copes you wish and distribute freely.

To download Resume Sorter from our website, you will need to register and a Corporate Subscriber (Employer).

If you download Resume sorter from any other Website or if you have received it as a COPY from anyone, even then you can use it by
   
·     First registering on our website as a corporate subscriber

·     Next entering your user ID/ Password, on the ACTIVATION PAGE of your COPY and clicking "ACTIVATE" (you will need to be ONLINE).

Of course, all users of Resume Sorter (whether they have downloaded Resume sorter directly from our website or received a copy from anyone), absolve us from any liability arising from use of this software. They use Resume Rater of their own risk.

If at any time, we find that our ONLINE resume database is getting corrupted/ damaged when any particular user uploads/ downloads content while clicking button Download/ Synchronise Database, we reserve the right to blacklist such user and discontinue our service to such user.

Jobsites / Job portals are welcome to use Resume Sorter to increase their resume database manifold.

HOW DOES RESUME SORTER WORK ?


Dear HR Manager/ Recruiter

Once downloaded and activated, Resume sorter will scan your Mail Box on a continuous basis. It will separate/ Sort Resumes from general Correspondence/ spam.

Separated resumes will then get processed using Resume Rater which is built into Resume sorter. Rating will be Automatic and gets done for all IT SKILLS AND NON - IT FUNCTIONS. Each resume will get automatically Transferred to that SKILL FUNCTION - wise folder, for which that resume has received highest Raw Score.

In each folder, sorted / rated/ transferred resumes get arranged in reverse chronological order - latest being  on the top (Default mode). However, you can optionally arrange the resumes in the descending order of Raw Scroe.

Since Resume Rater is built into Resume Sorter, all functionalities of Resume Rater are available to users of  Resume Sorter, viz :

    . Rerating of any folder using your own / customized list of keywords
    . Conduct Resume searches and even searching of post searches (search History)

    . Transfer search-results to ECXEL sheet (customizable)

    . Send - out Interview - Call emails to shortlisted candidates.

After you had an opportunity to go thru, let us discuss at the earliest

If we succeed in convincing hundreds of Corpo. Subscribers to start using this tool (expecially "Database synchronization" feature), then 2 things will happen.

     a. We don't need to depend upon "Resume Download Spider" developed by Alex.

     b. We may receive thousands of resumes everday - and hope to overtake Naukri / Monster / TimeJob.

If, we keep out the "Parsing/ Structured database creation" part for the timebeing, then, putting together/  compiling together, the rest of this tool, should not take more than 4/6 weeks at the most, since we have, already   developed (though separately & in ASP. NET V. 1?)

If we keep - out "Parsing/ structured Database" we can still offer rudimentary resume search on "Function - Skill   wise" Folders

We should think of incorporating the PARSING feature in V 2. 0

Once, in V 2.0 we succeed in parsing accurately, then we can combine it with thoughts expressed in my note
"A crazy thought",
to motivate jobseekers to just EDIT their own / parsed database & click SUBMIT. to generate PROFILE !
For them, that would be much less effort as compared to filling - up from scratch, entire/ detailed SUBMIT RESUME FORM !

Since, so far, we have miserably failed in attracting jobseekers to SUBMIT RESUME, I consider that, we need to  develop RESUME SORTER in the sortest possible time.
