Logic behind “Your Friends ?” page and accompanying email.

► CustomizeResume must differentiate from other job portals and, to some extent, become similar to social networking sites like LinkedIn, which has 100 million executive profiles.

► LinkedIn is extensively searched by all recruiters/headhunters in search of passive/senior executives, who are NOT actively searching for jobs. LinkedIn has become the biggest job portal in the world!

► Even if CustomizeResume is (in our opinion) an excellent product, it still needs “excellent” publicity/advertising to create awareness.

► In absence of funds, traditional advertising is NOT possible.

► We must, therefore, depend upon 

   **VIRAL MARKETING**, whereby information/news about our website spreads amongst jobseekers like a 

   **VIRAL EPIDEMIC** through “Word of Mouth”.

► “Your Friends ?” page and associated emails are designed to encourage such “Word of Mouth”.
