Thank you for your email of Aug. 12, and for including my requirement for "analysis/review".

Over the long weekend, I also sent to you a few links.

Enclosed find a few news-cuttings of interest.

As of now, only 6% of handsets sold in India are smartphones but they are rapidly gaining market share. We should offer JAM users, both options, viz: SMS or Icon.

JAM will pick up, if we make it very simple to use.
