On second thought, I don’t think it is a good idea (from our view point) to provide following options for Search parameters:

  • Option: “Both” in case of
    • Gender
    • Employ. Status
  • Multiple selection check boxes for
    • Desig. Level
    • Edu. Quali.

Such a facility would tempt subscribers to try / select the ENTIRE CONSUMER POPULATION of 67 lakh for all their messages, thereby imposing a huge load on our server.

The subscriber mentality will be:

“When blasting is FREE, and when it is so very easy to target the ENTIRE POPULATION, then why take the trouble to segment it?”

This (ease) will prompt all sundry to subscribe.

But if we make it so that a subscriber can only target a relatively small portion of population

The database of 47 lakh candidates (consumers) does NOT provide these details.

This needs careful study of the fields of that 47 lakh database –
then decide whether, in SEARCH PARAMETERS, we can provide more precision.


Look & Feel of B2B & B2C Website

This should be similar to the look & feel of CustomizeResume.com

Except for:

  • “Credits” at the bottom of pages will need to be configured differently
  • On the right-hand side of each & every page,
    we must leave a (3?) wide vertical band – BLANK,
    to accommodate Google Ads
  • We need a very comprehensive ADMIN page
    (accessible to us only),
    where we can see a comprehensive list of STATISTICAL COUNTERS

In B2C website, we can provide to SUBSCRIBERS the ability to zero-in / target consumers with greater precision.

    Search by “Degree / Diploma Name” instead of just “Undergrad / Grad”
  • Employment
    Search by “Years of Exp” instead of just “Employed / Not Employed”

would need to be the SAME across all of our websites, viz.:

Hence,

  • REGISTER Form on B2B & B2C
  • EMPLOYER REGISTRATION Form on Customize

will need to be SAME / IDENTICAL, so that data captured on all 3 sites get into the SAME / COMMON database.

This common form will be what I have designed for B2C Website.

Which means that the existing form on Customize will need to change / align with the B2C form.
