Oracle
To Double Indian Workforce To 6,000 In One Year
New
Delhi: Oracle Corp. said on Wednesday that it would nearly double its workforce
in India over the next year to 6,000 employees as it scales up operations in
the country. Oracle, which develops software products and provides consulting
services to global clients, now has offices in Bangalore and Hyderabad. From
roughly 3,159 people in the country, it has recruited 2,000 more in the past
year. “We’ll increase the number of people in Bangalore and Hyderabad by 6,000
over the next 12 months or so,” Mr. Williams said.

Notes:
- Currently
Oracle (India) already get 1 lakh resumes/year.
- With
this announcement they may get 2 lakh in next 12 months.
- This
is a huge business potential for Recruitguru.
- If
Oracle (India) is happy with our services, that would make a very powerful
reference.

Terms
of Service
(Agreement
between Corporate Subscriber & Recruitguru).
- One
of your first tasks is to draft such an agreement. I am sure there are
several websites who have such online agreements. Pl. study these. One I
can recommend is:
www.ResumeRabbit.com
→ Terms of Service
Of
course, in case of ResumeRabbit, the “customer” (one of the signatories) is the
“jobseeker”. In our case, it is a “Corporate” (our definition of Corporate
would cover placement agencies / HR consultants & jobseekers).
To
this extent, you will need to modify this agreement.
Before
drafting, you must read FAQ prepared by me (Kartavya), besides very carefully
testing the Recruitguru features yourself / personally! Unless you test out
each and every feature THOROUGHLY yourself, you cannot give a demo!

may wish to study “Privacy Policy” of ResumeRabbit, esp.: “Cookies”.
