GM MARKETING COMMUNICATION

Abhi / Raji / Rajeev

GR Marketing Communication

16/09/05

Assumptions:

  • Placement Agencies are only interested to get/receive as many resumes as possible
  • They don't want to spend any money for getting resumes. They want to get these FREE.
  • They are NOT interested in giving away their resumes into a COMMON database, where everyone can "access" these. They don't want to "SHARE" their resumes with anyone else - especially with other Placement Agencies who they consider as COMPETITORS.

Allowing Competitors to "access" your resumes would be like "enabling/empowering" your own enemies! Like giving them a handle with which they can beat you!

  • If a Placement Agency cannot get resumes for "FREE", it would, willy-nilly, subscribe (for a fee) to Monster/Naukri etc. Now they can download unlimited no. of resumes WITHOUT having to share own resumes with Monster/Naukri! (They do get a few dozen to a few hundred - daily - directly as emails)
  • Because they want FREE resumes, they would constantly look-out for jobsites where resume-search is FREE.
  • But most jobsites, do charge some amount for resume-search (quite often clubbed with job-posting).
  • Since Placement Agencies are the biggest job-advertisers (almost 70%) on jobsites, they take this COMBINATION offer.
  • From 49300, it is not difficult to separate out
    • Ultimate employer Companies
    • Placement agencies.

In any case, JobNet Directory lists some 1000 placement agencies.

So, what we will separate/segregate from 49300 will be same 1000 (or less).

But it is possible (though improbable) that, in this 49300, there are some placement agencies which are NOT included in JobNet Directory - Anyway, this can be found out.

  • After sorting (from 49300), whatever placement agency names we come-up

with are those Placement-agencies, who regularly

advertise on Monster/Naukri

Search resumes on " "

So, they are, each paying, anywhere from Rs. 60,000/= to Rs. 100,000/= per year to Monster/Naukri.

  • Can they SAVE this money? How?

a) by finding a friendly (but most likely a 3rd rate) jobsite which does not charge anything for job-posting & resume search

b) by becoming a partner website of Global Recruiter

(I presume that the owner/manager of a partner website, would be able to conduct resume-search free-of-cost).

Invitation Letter

While approaching potential partner (Placement agencies whose names we find out from 49300), we can use this argument:

"Look, currently you are paying anywhere between Rs. 60k-100k to Monster/Naukri for posting your jobs and conducting resume-search.

No need.

Save this amount by becoming a

partner website of Global Recruiter.

Obviously, you pay NOTHING to post jobs and search resumes on YOUR OWN website! You do it for FREE!

And by the time 1000 placement agencies (like yours) become partner of Global Recruiter, their COMBINED/COMMON resume database will exceed the database of MonsterIndia and Naukri combined!

And, as a partner website, you will be able to search this huge resume-database for FREE!

Not only that, when you post your job-advt (requirement given by your client) on YOUR OWN website, two things will happen

  • #1 Jobseekers conducting jobsearch on any/all partner websites will be able to VIEW your job - and apply online
  • #2 your job-advt. will get delivered to "matching" candidates, on their mobiles (as job-alert SMS), within minutes.

Even after paying Rs. 60K-100K to Monster/Naukri, you do NOT get these advantages.

Reasons are simple:

  • Monster/Naukri are "stand-alone"/Isolated jobsites, whereas Global Recruiter is a CONSORTIUM/NETWORK of a large no. of jobsites, sharing a common database.
  • Monster/Naukri have no tie-up with Mobile Service Providers (MSP) for delivering job-alert SMS to their (mobile-owning) jobseekers; whereas Global Recruiter will do this thru its SISTER-WEBSITE https://www.google.com/search?q=World-wide-Jobs.com.

But

you should not join Global Recruiter merely to save Rs. 60K-100K/year.

You should join Global Recruiter, so that, using that saving of Rs. 60K-100K, (for web-hosting charges/broadband charges), you can make/earn

Rs. 60 lakhs - Rs. 100 lakhs per year!

How?

On your own website (partner of Global Recruiter), offer to 1000 Corporate-Employers

  • Job-Posting & Job-Alert Broadcast
  • Resume Search & Resume Alert Broadcast

Currently, over 50,000 Corporate Employers are advertising their Vacancies on Monster/Naukri - each paying Rs. 60k-100k/year.

Surely, you can get 2% of these corporates to switch-over to your website, by offering them services/features which Monster/Naukri just cannot match VIZ:

  • Within minutes of posting of their job-advt on your website,
    • Their vacancies will get broadcast on the mobile-phones of hundreds of suitable/matching jobseekers. In turn, these jobseekers will start "applying Online" from their mobiles wherever they happen to be; and their resumes will start arriving, in the mailbox of the concerned Recruitment Manager, within minutes of posting the job-advt.
  • Within minutes of posting their job-advt on your website,
    • Concerned Recruitment Manager, will start receiving, on his mobile, Resume Alert Broadcast (CRAB)
      • a 160 character SMS giving salient data of suitable/matching resumes getting posted on all Global Recruiter partner websites.

This Resume Alert will show:

Name of Candidate

His Permanent Executive No. (PEN)

Designation

Name of Current Employer

Edu. Qualifications

Age

Exp.

Mobile Phone No.

NOW your Corporate Subscriber (Recruitment Manager) can,

  • Get the full resume emailed to him (within minutes), by sending a SMS as follows:

RAM < PEN > shortcode of MSP.

alternatively,

  • Just dial the mobile no. of the concerned candidate, conduct an instant tele-interview \& and/or ask him to come over for a personal interview!

And all this, within minutes of posting his job-advt on YOUR website \text{ (but not on Monster/Naukri!)}

As Lalit Kanoria (Datamatics) once told me 30 years back,

  • Do not use Computer for "Save Money" type of applications.

Use it to "Make Money" type of applications.

To paraphrase this wisdom,

Do not join Global Recruiter to Save Rs. 60000/= per year.

Join Global Recruiter to make Rs. 60 Lakhs per year.

Promotional E-mail to be sent to Placement Agencies (who do NOT have their own websites at present) - inviting them to join Global Recruiter

Dear Sir

Change The Rules

You can change the rules, e.g.:

  • Change to making money without investing in office space/manpower etc.
  • Change to "working smarter" instead of "working harder"
  • Change to "Online source" of revenue instead of "Brick-and-mortar (offline)" sources
  • Change to "Automated Business Processes" instead of "Manual business Processes".
  • Change to "Business Process Outsourcing" instead of trying to do everything in house.
  • Change to position yourself at the CENTER of local recruitment industry instead of passively/merely watching from a distance

But how?

Take a look at Attachment.

Where are you at present? \boxed{\text{Local Placement Agency}}

Corporates \text{ and } local jobseekers are talking to each other thru the medium of \text{local newspapers.}

Can't blame them. They have no other choice!

Now place yourself at \rightarrow \triangle Local Partner Website

and suddenly you are in the CENTER of local recruitment industry, replacing local newspapers as the media for exchange of job-related info. between local Corporates and local jobseekers.

To know how you can change the rules, carefully study www.GlobalRecruiter.net

Then register as a Partner Website - before others from your town does so.

Today is an auspicious day.
