Do comeback and EDIT your resume, at least once-a-year, more frequently if there are any changes. Recruitment managers do not like old/outdated resumes!

These are all routine instructions and rather easy to follow. Hardly anything can go wrong!

But JAM is anything but "routine"!

On jobsites, a job-advt stays "live" for 30/60 days. The HR manager receives (say) 100 resumes daily for 60 days (altogether 6000). He has plenty of time to read each resume and then decide, "Who should I call for Interview?"

It was a slow-paced, leisurely process.

On the other hand, JAM would blast a job-advt to 100,000 mobile-owners within 24 hours, as job-alert SMS.

And since jobseekers know that the

Same job-alert will never/never get repeated (Once-in-a-lifetime opportunity), some 20,000 may "Apply Online" by clicking on their mobiles, within 3 hours of receiving the alert.

  • Following info. in BOLD letters
    • your name/email ID/mobile no (with country code)

Global Recruiter V 2.0.

In V 1.0, we agreed to provide basic (simultaneous application of criteria) Search for jobs (& resumes too).

But in V 2.0, we should plan to introduce some more "varieties" of Searches, eg: Magic Cube Search / Search by Clicking-on-Map of India (with no. of jobs & resumes displayed under each CITY-NAME) etc.

In Global Recruiter, we must "differentiate" ourselves from Monster / Naukri / Jobs Ahead etc.

Afterall, if GR looks / feels like one more jobsite (there are over 500 in India), why would any website want to become a partner?

Look at enclosed Annex A. (took me 3 hours to compile / compute this from WWJ!).

We should have something like this on GR (V 2.0).

A visitor can click on the numbers...

...appearing on in any "cell" for display tabulation.

If any cell is empty, then jobseeker KNOWS that there are no jobs for that given "combination" (of CITY / Function), so, why waste time & keep trying, to see message, "NO results found" !

There can also be a similar table for RESUME-SEARCH.

And Someday (V 3.0), we could even plot a series of graphs, dynamically, (for last 30 days of job-advt), as follows:

How Does It Work?

Global Recruiter is a network of jobsites whose main purpose is to expand/grow the e-recruitment market in India.

Partners of the network will subscribe to the principle of "Co-creation of Wealth thru Co-sharing of knowledge"

This is how JAB works:

  • A Corporate posts his vacancy on your jobsite and clicks "Please broadcast this Vacancy " on Mobile-phones of suitable candidates
  • Global Recruiter transfers concerned job-advt/broadcast request to www.World-Wide-Jobs.com [WWJ]
    • [A sister website of Global Recruiter]
  • On WWJ, thousands of jobseekers have registered to get Suitable!

However, once you become a partner of Global Recruiter, you cannot join a similar network, as long as you are a partner. This would include any "alliance/co-working/co-branding/co-operating" with any other jobsite/website/portal etc., whether or not such a jobsite/website/portal is a member/partner of Global Recruiter.

    • On most jobsites, job-searching & resume-posting services are FREE for the jobseekers.
    • Although some jobsites do charge varying amounts for "Resume Blasting" services, we recommend that these too are made "FREE" by partners of Global Recruiter, in order to attract more jobseekers.

Since (perhaps) 95% of a jobsite's revenue derives from Corporate Subscriptions, we propose/plan to QUADRUPLE your corporate subscriptions by offering JOB ADVT. BROADCASTING (JAB) absolutely FREE to your Corporate Clients!

Partners agree to abide by the principle of "co-creating wealth thru co-sharing knowledge"

Partners agree to pool together, all job-advts and all resumes posted on their respective websites, into a COMMON/CENTRAL database which will reside on the webserver of Global Recruiter and which will be freely accessible to the Corporate clients and the Jobseekers of all partner websites. Partners agree to make this an ongoing/continuous/automatic process, without creating any hindrance. Partner shall not attempt to modify/alter/truncate/mutilate any job-advt or any job resume getting posted on its website. Partner further agree to pass-on/transfer these postings to Global Recruiter, in their original formats, without hiding, in any manner, either the identity or the contact details of concerned Corporate job-advertiser or jobseeker. In this matter, Partner agrees to co-operate in-full with the Global Recruiter staff concerned and agree to abide by their direction/instructions to facilitate easy/quick/complete transfers of job-advts & resumes.

If he so desires, a partner may retain on its own webserver, copies of any job-advts or resumes posted on its own website and for any duration. A partner will be free to utilize any such copies, for any commercial purpose.

Although Global Recruiter will have no provision on its own website for Corporates to post job-advts and for jobseekers to post resumes, Global Recruiter will be free to exploit commercially, for its own benefit or for the benefit of its Sister websites, all the job-advts and resumes received into the COMMON/CENTRAL pool, from all partner websites.

Partner websites will be free to decide/set any subscriptions/fees/charges etc for services rendered to their Corporate clients and their jobseekers. There will be no provision/condition/obligation on partner websites to share any part of their revenue, either with Global Recruiter or with any other partner website.

As long as they Continue as "Member/Partner" of Global Recruiter, partner website agrees & undertakes not to join/partner/ally with any other website or any other network of websites.

Partner websites will not be required to change the "look & feel" of their homepage. Global Recruiter's STANDARD user Interfaces (Job Posting/Resume Posting/Job-Search/Resume-based etc etc) will get pulled from the webserver of Global Recruiter and will get displayed as pages of a Partner website.

Global Recruiter does not take any responsibility for the accuracy/correctness/authenticity/uptodateness of any Content (such as job-advts/resumes etc) in its databases or in its "display-screens". In turn Partner website shall not promise/guarantee to its corporate clients or jobseekers, any such accuracy/correctness/authenticity/uptodateness of either job-advts or resumes, pulled from COMMON/CENTRAL database of Global Recruiter & displayed/delivered to them.

In case of any third party litigation filed against a Partner website, concerned partner website, absolves Global Recruiter from any/all legal liabilities, arising from its services/databases.

Partners further agree to pass-on / transfer these postings to Global Recruiter, in their original formats, without hiding in any manner, either the identity or the contact details of concerned Corporate job-advertiser or Jobseeker. In this matter, Partners agree to cooperate & abide by the Global Recruiter staff concerned and agree to abide by their direction / instructions to facilitate easy / quick / complete transfers of job-advts & resumes.
  • If he so desires, a partner may retain on its own webserver, copies of any job-advts or resumes posted on its own website and for any duration. A Partner will be free to utilise any such copies, for any commercial purpose.
  • Although Global Recruiter will have no provision on its own website for Corporates to post job-advts and for jobseekers to post resumes, Global Recruiter will be free to exploit commercially, for its own benefit or for the benefit of its sister websites, all the job-advts and resumes received into the COMMON / CENTRAL pool, from all partner websites.

  • Partner websites will not be required to change the "look & feel" of their homepage. Global Recruiter's STANDARD User Interfaces (Job Posting / Resume Posting / Job Search / Resume Search / etc. etc.) will get pulled from the webserver of Global Recruiter and will get displayed as pages of a Partner website.
  • Global recruiter does not take any responsibility for the accuracy / correctness / authenticity / uptodateness of any content (such as job-advts / resumes etc) in its databases, or in its "display-screens". In turn Partner website shall not promise / guarantee to its Corporate Clients or Jobseekers, any such accuracy / correctness / authenticity / uptodateness of wither job-advts or resumes, pulled from COMMON / CENTRAL database of Global recruiter & displayed / delivered to them.
  • In case of any third party litigation filed against a Partner website, concerned partner website, absolves Global Recruiter from any all legal liabilities, arising from its services & databases.

As compared to Monster/Naukri, GR has many fantastic features. And we want our would-be partner website to come to know about these features.

By reading these features, would-be partners can be convinced that, if they sign-up as a partner, they can compete against Monster/Naukri - and of course, against all the other jobsites!

By reading these features, would-be partners will feel confident to be able to convince the local corporate employers to ditch Monster/Naukri and subscribe to that partner. Now they know they can use this UNIQUE features (clearly contrasting with Monster/Naukri) in their "Sales Pitch".

Online acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

By a Partner ( with or without an existing website ), at the time of online Registration ( Application for Membership of Global Recruiter ), shall constitute a contract/agreement/undertaking which shall be legally binding on the parties concerned. These will be no other offline/paper-based separate agreement between the parties.

  • A partner would be entitled to publicise its partnership of Global Recruiter amongst its corporate clients/jobseekers and public-at-large. A partner may do so, using any media of its choice. A partner is also entitled to display on its website/email messages/letterheads etc. the following:
    • Wording "Member - Global Recruiter Network"
    • Logo of Global Recruiter

As soon as a partner ceases to be a member/partner, it will cease/desist to use these on its website and in all other media.

  • On its own website, Global Recruiter will list/display, the name of the partner and its URL, under "List of Partners" link/page, as also on all of its email messages.
  • No partner shall represent itself as an "Agent/Representative" of Global Recruiter, while canvassing subscriptions from corporates.
  • A partner shall be solely and exclusively answerable to its corporate-clients and its jobseeking visitors and shall not involve Global Recruiter staff in any of its dealings nor direct/guide its Corporate clients/jobseekers to approach/contact Global Recruiter staff.
  • A partner shall be solely/exclusively/independently responsible for all of its financial/monetary transactions with its corporate clients. Through this agreement, a partner absolves Global Recruiter from any and all liabilities arising through such transactions.
  • A partner shall have no right/claim/title to any earnings/revenues accruing to Global Recruiter from any source what-so-ever in general, and earnings/revenues accruing to it in particular, by delivery of
    • Job Alert Mobile ( JAM ) SMS
    • Job Alert Broadcast ( JAB ) SMS
    • Resume Alert Mobile ( RAM ) SMS
    • Resume Alert Broadcast ( RAB ) SMS

even if such revenue accrues to Global Recruiter, directly or indirectly, from any partner's corporate clients or any partner's jobseekers.

  • As and when, Global Recruiter introduces any new service/feature, for delivery to corporates/jobseekers, it reserves the right to claim its share from the revenues that might accrue to a partner, through delivery of such services. For each such new service/feature, Global Recruiter, at its sole discretion, decide the "Subscription/Tariff/Fees" to be charged by a partner and the percentage (%) share payable to Global Recruiter.
  • Global Recruiter shall be entitled to terminate a partner's "membership", by giving to the partner, a 15 day's email notice, without assigning any reason what-so-ever.
  • Global Recruiter reserves the right to reject any Membership Application, without assigning any reason.

For the purpose of this Agreement, the terms, "Member" and "Partner" are to be considered interchangeable and convey the same meaning.

  • Please submit your resume here. Make sure all data is accurate/upto date
  • Do come back and EDIT your resume, at least once-a-year, more frequently if there are any changes. Recruitment managers do not like old/outdated resumes!
  • Your text resume should be elaborate, listing all the companies where you have worked in the past / durations / positions held / responsibilities shouldered / achievements / salaries earned etc. It is advisable to tabulate your "Employment History" neatly. That will show your "systematic thinking" / "analytic skills".
  • In your text resume, freely use keywords which represent/signify your skills/knowledge/expertise. Before delivering your resume to prospective Employers (when you click "Apply Online" against any job-advt / job-alert), our Artificial Intelligent software will highlight these keywords (in RED colour too!). This will enable a Recruitment Manager to simply "glance" at your resume to decide to call you for an interview!

  • Partner websites will be free to decide/set any subscriptions/fees/charges etc for services rendered to their Corporates Clients and their jobseekers.
