JOBSEEKER'S REPUTATION SALARY PROFILE

Thru a barrage of emails (circulars), we hope, we can convince the jobseekers to register on WWJ and start using ImageBuilder – so that it becomes THE INDUSTRY STANDARD.

Of course, being able to receive job-alerts on mobile (and also being able to apply online from mobile), we hope, would prove to be a powerful positive incentive, for jobseekers to register.

Question is,

  • "how powerful is powerful?"
  • "how motivating is 'positive'?"

We just don't know.

But one thing we do know and that is,

If a recruiter/employer insists that only ImageBuilders would be considered against a job-application, and that, henceforth, they will not accept any plain text resume,

then, the effect (on registrations) would be nothing less than \underline{{DRAMATIC!

Overnight, thousands would start registering – and converting their plain text resumes to ImageBuilders.

Thereafter, if they wish, let them send these directly to employers. NO problem.

For jobseekers, an employer's word (especially if he is a prospective employer) is the LAST WORD / THE GOSPEL TRUTH.

If you want a job you better comply and do exactly what the HR Manager demands! – or else!

NOW,

Can we, somehow, influence the HR Managers to insist that only ImageBuilders will be considered?

If we succeed in this (selling), we have solved our problem!

I think, it is quite possible for us to convince HR managers to bring such pressure on the jobseekers.

HOW?

(This will be a Separate full page of the ImageBuilder – just like the FUNCTION PROFILE page, but cannot be separated/detached from ImageBuilder)

I am assuming that such a Salary Profile would be of immense \underline{{CURIOSITY-VALUE to the HR managers.

In course of time, this profile could also have some \underline{{UTILITY-VALUE to the HR managers,

  • to decide, whether to call this person for an interview or not
  • to compare the job-applicant's salary with similar (comparable) executives within his own organisation (\underline{{Am I likely to upset the apple-cart, if I select/appoint this guy?)

It goes without saying, that we cannot add this (salary-graph) feature until & unless, we have a \underline{{sizable no. of persons, in each sub-group of Same FUNCTION + Same DESIG. LEVEL.

This may happen when our overall

registrations cross {100,000 or so. When we reach this figure, we would add "Salary Profile" page to the ImageBuilder.

In the meantime

  • We have already constructed/uploaded {Graph \#1 ({Comparison with total population) on WWJ – which can be viewed online by those {Submitting/Validating resume + {submitting job-preferences.
  • Once we reach {10,000 registrations, we should construct {\& upload on WWJ, {Graph \#2 \to {Same Function professionals
  • Then, when we reach {50,000 registrations, we should construct/upload on WWJ, {Graph \#3 \to {Same FUNCTION + Same DESIG. LEVEL

These can be viewed \underline{{ONLINE only. The moment a {MEMBER logs in we already know his {FUNCTION and his {DESIGNATION-LEVEL. And, he shall be shown these graphs only.

\underline{{Can you think of any other carrot/incentive that we can offer to HR managers, whereby, they will pressurize candidates to send ImageBuilders only?
