Nagwekar’s Lump-sum Incentive
Pl refer to my note dt. 06/05/03, setting out Target Dates for completion of various webservice modules (i.e. commercial launch dates). Hitting, when successfully achieved, would entitle Nagwekar to earn his lump-sum incentive amounts (Rs. 3,000/- per month).
As per our yesterday’s meeting/discussion with Nimit, it was agreed that the commercial launch for ResuMine/ResuSearch module would stand shifted from 29th June to 9th August.
In my above-mentioned note, there are target dates for other modules. Out of these, the “Ad-Compose” module would obviously need shifting from 10th July. Pl let me know the revised date.
If there is likelihood of changes of target dates of any of the other modules in the roadmap, also let me know in next 3/4 days. You also need to review target dates with Kartavya under whose handover, Functional Specifications for each module.

Nagwekar’s Targets
These (stage wise) targets must cover all the 5 modules of Global Recruiter – as per Road Map enclosed.
These targets are for launch of commercial versions of each module as webservice (.NET), and his incentive (lump-sum payment) will depend upon successful completion of these targets, according to this time-frame.
As far as “Ad-Compose” is concerned, we have already been using it internally for last 2/3 months, under Project Manhattan, so, it should be possible to launch it quickly.
