- To make both forms USER-FRIENDLY/INTUITIVE,
requiring minimum amount of typing/data entry & maximum amount

- All data to be captured must be broken-up into
following categories:
- Data based on which software will eliminate
candidate resumes not meeting minimum requirement.
- Data which is required only in those cases
