WWJ will aggregate/pool ads from no. of jobsites & deliver daily feed (JAS) for printing in papers. WWJ becomes a central "CLEARING HOUSE / EXCHANGE" between Jobsites & Newspapers & removes dependency to contact directly with help from WWJ.

GuruAd (A GREAT CONVENIENCE for Corporates) Jobsites will PULL (XML) GuruAd from WWJ. Every job-advt "approved" by any Corporate on any participating/partner jobsite, will automatically become part of Job-database& a part of JAS. GuruJob (A GREAT CONVENIENCE for Jobseekers) Any jobseeker clicking on this link (on any partner jobsite), will be able to conduct a jobsearch on a combined/consolidated/unified/single Jobs database which gets created/generated by: * Jobs downloaded by WWJ from "Non-participating jobsites" * Jobs approved (using GuruAd) on all "Participating/Partner" jobsites. As no of Participating/Partner Jobsites (rises) increases over a period of time, our dependence on "Non-Participating" jobsites decreases!

I presume, by now, we should have received our Password / User ID, to enable us to start posting the job-advts. If not, Raju to follow-up.

Enclosed pl. find a "Draft" format of a typical job-advt. to be prepared / posted. Feel free to modify the draft. What is most important is that all consultants use the same STANDARD format.

You may also wish to look-up the FORMAT, designed& incorporated in CAC (Consultants' Assistant) Search tool designed by Vinay.

Once you finalize the draft, you may handover sufficient no. of photocopies to each consultant and ask them to fill-in the details (by hand?). They will need as many photocopies as the no. of assignments which each consultant is handling.

As per details given to me by Sri Ram, the no. of assignments being handled (by his team) are: Venu - - - 19 Sai - - - 16 Pranati - - - 3 Usha - - - 18

So, Sri Ram's group has to prepare 56 job-advts.

I would like Raju to give me similar break-up, consultant wise.
