JOB ADVTS. RESUMES

This diagram illustrates the Supply Chain and Delivery Network for JOB-ADVTS (Job Advertisements).

Supply Chain (Sources)

  • From JAB (Job-Ad Broadcast): Either on WWJ or on partner Jobsites.
  • Job Sites (Non-Partner): Downloading.
  • Given by Newspapers: (Project RAIN).
  • From Jobsites (Partners): (Guru Ad) OR "Project Exchange".
  • From Corporates: [Uploading their own paid advts from a/c/ad/any site/all].
  • From Placement Agencies.

Delivery Network (Distribution)

The delivery network distributes the advertisements, with several paths marked as FREE or leading to revenue generation ("We make MONEY here").

  • To Newspapers/Magazines: JAs / FREE
    • Note: To get PUBLICITY for WWJ / JAM
  • To TV channels/Cable TV Operators: FREE
    • Note: To get PUBLICITY for WWJ / JAM
  • To Jobsites: for jobsearch by their jobseekers - from COMMON database of all partners / FREE
  • To Cyber Cafes/PCOs: To print/sell daily "Jobs Listings" / FREE
  • To Jammers Thru MSPs: (PAID Re. 1/- per blast).
    • Note: We make MONEY here.

RESUMES

This diagram illustrates the Supply Chain and Delivery Network for RESUMES.

Supply Chain (Sources)

  • Downloading from jobsites: (Subscription).
  • From Partner Jobsites: Whatever resumes get posted there.
  • From Corporates: Those who want their resumes converted to "ImageBuilder".
  • From Placement Agencies: Those who want their resumes converted to ImageBuilder.
  • Jammers registering on WWJ.

Delivery Network (Distribution / Revenue Generation)

The delivery network is primarily focused on services and revenue generation ("We make MONEY here" and Subscription).

  • We make MONEY here.
  • To Corporates: Against "Apply Online". Clicks of Jammers on their mobiles (Only resumes posted on WWJ & activated).
  • To Jobsites (Partners): Common Resume Database being made available for "Resume Search" by their Corporate clients / Subscription
  • To Placement Agencies: Against "Resume Blast" service offered by Partner Jobsites to their Jobseekers / Rs. 500/- for 1000 Agencies?
  • To Corporates: When jobseekers Conduct "JobSearch" on partner jobsites & then click "Apply online".
  • Corporate Resume Blast: On partner Jobsites, there will be a droplist of Corpn. Names from which jobseeker will select [checkbox] for Blasting / Rs. 500 for 1000 Corporates?

Note: Thru these "Services", we must enable jobsites to "make more money" (at our cost) so that they want to become our partners.
