NEW ARRIVALS 01-01-01.
Book stores / Book publishers /
Libraries / Websites selling books / CDs etc, have a system to announce NEW
ARRIVALS.
Obviously, we cannot announce
arrival of latest resumes on our website. Mental framework of Indian Jobseekers
would not permit us to do this - not for the present at least.
But who knows, things may
radically change in a couple of years. As in case of USA, an executive may even
tell his boss, names of all websites where he has posted his "public"
resume!
Of course, as far as FRESH
GRADUATES & COLLEGE STUDENTS (& SUBORDINATE STAFF) is
concerned, they may not mind a NEW ARRIVAL announcements (about their
resumes) on our website even today!
In fact, most of them might like
/ want us to "proactively" market them / promote their candidature
amongst our online recruiters. They may even be happy to "See" their
name appear on our website.
My suggestions are as follows:
NEW RESUME ARRIVALS

Notes
This would appear on "Resume
Search" page
Top frame will be static
Bottom frame will rotate upward
slowly.
Clicking on PEN would reveal full
display which should enable a recruiter to
* short list $\square$
* Put into Shopping Basket /
Submit.
I do not expect any recruiter to
use this feature for his resume-search / short-listing but it has a powerful
"publicity" angle (especially once the daily arrival becomes substantial).
Should we decide to display all
resumes (and not just "Public" resumes), then the display
table could be as follow.
|
PEN |

83964 |

There can be no objection to this
since we are not revealing the identity of candidate but at same time, giving
him greater exposure.
NEW JOB-ADVT. ARRIVALS
