Today we have this feature on UNIX Servers, which we must shift to NT server.

But...

This time, our "source of data" will be the resumes submitted by jobseekers on our website and not the data which we earlier used to compile from COMPANY ANNUAL REPORTS.

Whatever data that we require to construct the "Display Table of Comparison", is being captured mandatorily in our new Resume forms.

Display Table, essentially remains same.

As soon as new system starts working, we should delete old ANNUAL REPORT DATA, or may be we should retain it for sometime -simply by replacing "COMPANY NAME" with "INDUSTRY NAME."

should be titled "Salary for Year"

$\triangleright$ Records (i.e. "Rank" No.) must be first arranged according to "Salary for Year"

i.e. YEAR-WISE.

Comparing salaries of 5 persons, each for a different year, is meaningless! It is not a comparison at all.
