Proposition
Dear HR Manager / Headhunter,
"Post Job" and
"Search Resumes" are two sides of the same coin—except "Post
Job" is passive! In Post Job, you are hoping that thousands of
suitable/competent candidates have nothing better to do except login and
conduct Job Search everyday!
But since you know better, you
decide to get proactive and conduct an online "Resume Search" as
well. To do this, all jobsites will ask you to fill up yet another form—which
is ridiculous.
On this site, there is just
ONE form to fill—and most of it is utterly simple clicking.
When you fill up the form below,
we will:
- Immediately display the matching Profiles
from our online database (which you can transfer to Interactive
Interview Tool for conducting online interviews).
- Send out Job-alerts (emails) to displayed
candidates.
- Post your job-advt (for next 30 days) for
job-searching by candidates.
We understand that you are
hard-pressed for time. We ask for 1 minute!
— Sourabh
