POPULARITY
INDEX PROFILE (PIP)
Earlier,
I have sent you:
- Antecedent
Check (for HR Mgrs’ benefit)
- Employability
Index/Profile ( ‘’ )
Now
I enclose:
- Webpages
- EVE
Calling
- Mirror
Mirror on the Wall
- Rating
Form (10 parameters) (R1 & R2)
- Instructions/Interface
Specs (I/1–2–3)
- PIP
Display (I/4)
Whereas
Antecedent Check & Employability Profiles are meant for the sole benefit of
Employees / HR Managers,
PIP is meant for the benefit of both — the HR Mgrs and the
Jobseekers.
The
arithmetic of scoring/averaging/percentile computing/graph-plotting remains
identical in both features. Both are extremely important items — but not
urgent. Low priority.

Dear
HR Manager,
When
a woman wants to know how she compares to others, she looks into a mirror.
How reflection tells everything.
What
about a Company or Organization? How does it appear to your
employees — past & present?
A few exit interviews cannot tell you much. What you need is a PERMANENT
EMPLOYEE ATTITUDE SURVEY — printed from your employees’ minds that’s not
influenced by the Management.
- Their
identity will NOT be revealed to the Management (so they can tell
the truth).
- The
Management will ACT soon to modify policies / processes to improve
Corporate Image.
- Such
an Employee Attitude Survey will be a proof of timely feedback from
employees.
- If
repeated every 3 / 6 / 12 months, it will become an Ongoing Corporate
Thermometer.
- You
can even compare your company’s Employee Attitude Graphs with other
companies’.
- Now
tell us, does your company know exactly where it stands?
Introducing
MIRROR, MIRROR ON THE WALL — part of IndiaReemiter’s POPULARITY INDEX
PROFILE (PIP) — a revolutionary new evaluation system.
Through
our EVE Calling we are capturing evaluations from employees (Past +
Present).
This is an ongoing/dynamic profile and costs you nothing!
Share
it, refine it, and grow with it.
If
you want your current employees to rate your organization without
registering, send us an email.

Dear
Executive,
EVE
stands for Employees Vote Employers.
Here
is your chance to Rate your Employers — past and present.
And
when you rate these Companies, you are really helping them by providing them
with genuine, honest feedback which they can use to improve their performance.
At
the same time, your objective feedback will help other executives exploring job
opportunities to make better choices.
Your
identity will never be revealed.
You
have the freedom to express your unbiased and true opinion about your past
employers!
To make sure that this freedom is not misused, you will need to REGISTER
at this website (as a Jobseeker).
This
will automatically provide you with ABSOLUTE ANONYMITY.
When
you register, you will receive a User ID and Password, which will remain
confidential.
When you log in to rate any employer, the employer will not know who you are
— they can only see the Rating Form (average results).
NOTES:
- To
rate employers, you must be a registered member of this website (REGISTER).
- Once
you register, our system will automatically know whether you are a past
or present employee of that company.
- Only
registered jobseekers can access the Rating Form (via their own
ImageBuilder resume).
Yes,
you can rate your employers (past or present), only once — no double
voting!
After completing your registration, click SUBMIT BUTTON to access the Rating
Form.
Once you have rated your past employer(s), you can view your company’s Pop
Index Profile (PIP) — showing comparative ranking among similar
organizations!

Clicking on this will show the Rating Form Image, which is not operable/usable.
This image is only to give a clear idea to the executives as to what does this form look like and on what parameters he would be able to rate his past/present employers.
The
utter simplicity of the form and the clarity of concept will motivate a
job-seeker to fill up the form.

where he has worked before / where he is working currently. (This also covers
a situation where he has submitted some, but not all RATING FORMS.) |
Dear
Executive, From our records, we find that you have
not submitted your RATING FORMS for all the companies you have worked for in
the past and/or for the company where you are working currently. In absence
of these, we cannot display PIP. We suggest you do so by clicking on Show

Note:
Against each employer name, I was tempted to add a column showing No. of
feedbacks received.
However, initially there may be only 2–3 feedbacks — which would look
ridiculous / unrepresentative.
Hence,
we shall add this column only after a few weeks, once we have enough data.
We must compile the data live and be ready at any time.
