A WIN-WIN SITUATION 31/08/2005

In each major city of India, we are making a partner-network of

  • Newspapers { thru FREE JAS } - WNJ
  • Placement Agencies { thru FREE website } partners of GR

Corporates (Employers) in each city, patronise (give business) to both, newspapers & placement agencies.

Corporates give advts to newspapers (Job-advts + other advts). (

Corporates may also be giving "executive search assignments" to placement agencies.

So, if Corporates are their "CLIENTS", it would be natural to expect that local newspapers & local placement agencies, would know them and even keep in touch with the Recruitment Managers of each company who decides whether to advertise a job in newspaper

or to advertise on a jobsite or to hire a brick-and-mortar placement agency for database search / headhunting).

But, it is quite likely that Newspapers of (say) Bhopal and the placement agencies of Bhopal, do NOT possess COMPREHENSIVE/EXHAUSTIVE data re: all Bhopal Corporates.

We can make such a database available to both (maybe, ONLINE/DYNAMIC) and only to those

  • Placement Agencies who become partners of GR
  • Newspapers who print JAS in their papers.

With such a comprehensive database of LOCAL EMPLOYERS/CORPORATES at their disposal,

both ( Placement Agencies AND Newspapers) can now approach/target these corporates for getting business.

Business of Job-Advts.

  • hosting on local (partner) jobsites

But how do WNJ and/or GR benefit?

  • by this competition between the two to get the same business?

Viz: business of job-advts.

May be there is no immediate/short term benefit. Only some long term benefit.

As far as Partner Placement Agencies are concerned, the benefit (of making available database) is quite clear - and also immediate.

If partner placement agencies can "market/sell" their websites (subscriptions) to a large no. of LOCAL CORPORATES, they can/will make money. If they do, they will stick with us (because we help them make money).

In the process, GR will also get more job-advts/resumes.

And thru the mechanism of JAS, these very same LOCAL job-advts (first posted on a partner website), will also go into local paper's "Job supplement"!

So, local jobseekers will get to see same job-advt on a local

placement agency's website and also in the daily "Job Supplement" of a local newspaper!

So the jobseeker gets exposed to same job-advt. TWICE!

So, a local placement agency (who becomes our partner) can go and tell a local Employer:

"Sir

Post your job-advt. on my jobsite.

Next it will enter COMMON database of GR

Next it will enter into WNJ database

Next WNJ will email it next morning to our local newspapers (as JAS)

Next our local newspaper will print it as a Job Supplement for all its subscribers to SEE it

So, even if our local jobseekers missed SEEING your advt. on my

website, they will most certainly SEE it in local newspapers, the very next day!

And for republishing in local print-media, you pay nothing extra!

Universal Acceptance

Some years back, Microsoft came out with "Passport" which would be accepted by many websites – contained personal data of the passport-holder, which would get uploaded on any website needing such data for registration.

At millions of shops & restaurants, we see a board, "We accept MASTER-CARD/VISA CARD etc."

Many Indian banks are forming a "consortium" whereby ONE/SAME ATM card can be used to withdraw cash from the ATM machine of "ANY" partner bank.

Someday, we should strive for a scenario when, on the homepages, many/many websites, will say, Corporates - Jobseekers:

"We accept User ID/Password, issued by Global Recruiter".
