Methodology
The framework has its roots in
the Organization for
Economic Co-operation and
Development's growth
model; Monitor's framework
design, therefore, grew in
partnership into performance
drivers for a sound policy
called the policy accelerators
and motivations. (see chart
for explanation).
The model was statistically
tested to establish by the
consistency of policy drivers in
policy to performance
versus policy drivers
undeperformers across performance
and policy drivers. The US and
South Korea were leaders
while Singapore and Denmark were
rated as underperform-
ing in both these indices.
The Monitor approach focuses on
the environment as
well as performance. It separates
ecosystem and through
a clear consistency of
performance to policy drivers establishes
a clear bright light from policy
to performance," explains

post-graduation with a maximum of 3 dead backlogs (KTs)
- Age as on 1st July, 2007:
24 years for BE
25 years for MCA
26 years for ME/M.Tech
Eligible candidates can walk in
for the selection process on May 12th, 13th, 19th or 20th at L&T
Infotech Technology Tower, (Entry through Gate No 5), Saki-Vihar Road, Powai,
Mumbai 400 072. Please bring along your resume, attested copies of
marksheets / passing certificates for each year of course, and a recent
passport-size photograph.
