DATABASE TRANSLATION

3P will need to have a translation program, which will translate the 3P existing databases into the above GlobalR2R XML file format. This ensures that your database remains with you and only the XML file needs to be sent to GlobalR2R. The translation program will be different for the different 3P databases. The 3P Jobseeker identification key / reference number will become the unique key to replace the existing jobseeker details with the new details later.
