College Students / Fresh Graduates

I discussed following with Pritam but he says he needs to consult you before attempting a solution:

• After he passes... $8^{th}$ semester (or $4^{th}$ year) - a College Student ceases to be a college student and becomes a "Fresh Graduate".

So, when he enters his $8^{th}$ semester marks, we need to shift his resume to "Fresh Graduate" database.

• After a year (or two), he has acquired $1/2$ years of experience. NOW he wants to edit his resume to add this experience-details. What does he/can he do?

His resume-form (as in case of experienced professionals) does not have any fields where he can add experience details!

We need to find a solution quickly.
