Engaging The Customer

The more that we can engage our Customers (mainly HR managers) in designing our website, the better off we will be.

As of today, no other jobsite, even attempts to "engage" HR mges. There is no interaction - no attempt to capture/harness the unlimited knowledge of millions of HR mges.

No wonder HR mges. don't think that they "belong" to a jobsite or that the jobsite "belongs" to them! No jobsite asks for their Opinions/views/ideas/Suggestions!

This is where we must differentiate from other jobsites. IndianRecruiter must become a (HR) Community Website! It will not happen overnight! But I am sure, Indian HR managers, would love to contribute in building IndiaRecruiter. This will be our first (tentative) step in the direction of "OPEN SOURCE INNOVATIONS".

P.S. examine enclosed proposed webpage. These are only FIRST thoughts. You will think up of many "revisions" in its design/concept/write-ups.

So far, we have created seven (eight in case of IT professionals).
