We do - because it is your right.

Your right to know whether your advertising money is getting you results or is it money down the drain.

Then click on the name of any of those jobseekers to view his Profile!

If he happens to have the right background, email or phone (to ask why he didn't "Apply online!")

In an age of talent-crunch, you have got to be proactive. You just cannot afford to wait for the candidates to "Apply Online!"
