EMPLOYMENT ASSESSMENT RATING

Date: 02/01/07

Dear Jobseekers:

Are you about to appear for an interview?

In that case, before you do, you might want to check-up with your friends/colleagues, their experience of getting interviewed by this particular employer. Please do.

But it is possible that, apart from your friends/colleagues, there could be many more professionals who have been interviewed by this particular employer. You may want to know about their interview experience. You can, if you are registered on this site (i.e. Submitted Resume) and logged-in. Just click show me EAR

Dear Jobseekers

Whenever you appear for an interview with any employer, you get assessed/evaluated on several attributes. Recruitment Managers fill-up a Candidate Assessment Form, for future reference.

But interview is a two-sided experience. At the end of an interview, you too have vivid memories/impressions about the interviewer (–representing the employer company). You should record your own assessment of the interviewers/employer company) for the benefit of jobseekers at large–especially if you can do so, without revealing your identity. You owe it to them. And it would help you too!

Whenever one of our Corporate Subscribers, interviews you, using Interactive Interview Tool (IIT), we have a record as shown below. To record your assessment of these interviewing employers, just click on the Employer Name and fill-up the EAR [Employer Assessment Rating] Form (blank form display) $\rightarrow$ EAR

To see your IIT interview record, please re-enter your:

(Handwritten Note 1, circled: Employer Assessment Rating - EAR)

I reassure, your identity will NOT be revealed.

Jobseekers (who are registered on this website), will get to see only the "Average EAR score" against the name of the concerned Employer.

Even other Corporate Subscribers CANNOT see the EAR score.
