We are happy to have received your resume in the past.
During the pas t6 months, we have tried to introduce some new services/innovations on our website
In case you have not visited it lately, please do.
On 18th May, we switched over form unix server to an NT server. Same time we introduced new Resume Forms. Those of you who tried to fill-in these forms, complained bitterly and sent us valuable feedback.
We learned a lesson and revised/simplified the forms. These are already uploaded. Obviously some compromises had to be done to achieve simplicity – aster download.
Unfortunately, we have been able to migrate about 8000 resumes only to our NT Server with a vastly different data base structure, we are unable to transfer nearly 50,000 + other resumes. These continue to reside on our old UNIX Server for next 3 months only.
These 50, 000 resume will continue to remain searchable (by recruiters) for, may be, another 6 months. Then, we plan to shut-down the Unix Server.
This will render your resume “inaccessible” to headhunters around the world !
Please resubmit your resume, all over again and obtain a new Permanent Executive Number (PEN)/ The new PEN will be in 8,000,000 series. This will enable you to edit your resume online.
With the launch of our “Partner Website” program, by end of this year, I believe, your resume will become searchable/accessible by headhunters, visiting more than
100 PARTNER WEBSITES.
This is as good as your taking the trouble to submit your resume to 100 website (and, of course noting down 100 passwords / 100 user IDS / 100 executive code numbers ! )

Enclosed please find an “incomplete” list of questions that we daily receive from clients/candidates.
Order Execution Module can help us only if we
Ø First prepare a COMPREHENSIVE list anticipating all kinds of questions (or drawing upon our past experience)
Ø Then prepare a COMPREHENSIVE set of ANSWERS, against each questions (Several “templates” which can be merged/mixed at “will” to cook-up & serve, what may be a unique reply)

Following is an approximate list of questions that a client my ask:
1. FIRST-TIME INQUIRY
Do you have a data-base of such and such type of executives?
What “categories” of executives do you have in your Database
Do you have Database on x/y/z region / city ?
What are you TERMS ?
What is the procedure to register our requirements ?
How long will you take to send us bio-data / arrange interviews ?
How much “advance” to you take ? is it refundable ?
For how many executives will you organize interviews ? How many bio-datas will you send us to choose form ?
Can we come to your office and look at the bio-datas ?
Do you interview the candidates yourself and assess their suitability before sending to us ?
Do you made “reference-checks” (antecedent) on the executives who register with you ?
How do you keep your bio-datas UP-TO-DATE / prevent form getting obsolete ?
Before you organize interview, do you find out that the executives concerned are interested in client-organisation ? Do you find-out what are their salary-expectations ?
In case appointed-executive does not join, would you put-up some more executives for us to interview ? How many ?
In case appointed executives quites after working for x/y/z period would you give ‘FREE” REPLACEMENT “ If not, would you give “concession/rebate” in the next appointment ?
If we are ever to hold a SEMINAR of Personnel Managers of various companies (for SALES PROMITON), then we should carefully write-down these “questions” – and our “answers” too – on transparent slides (one question/slide) and make a presentation with help of these slides

What is the “position/status” of our request ?
When are you sending bio-datas/ computer print-out ?
Have you found “suitable” executives against our requirement ? How many?
Have you received the “short-list of the executives whom we wish to interview ?

From you print-out/bio-data, we have short-listed a few executives whom we would like to interview. Please note down their Code No./PEN No. and arrange interviews on so-and-so date/venue/time.
Please tell me how many executives have so far confirmed their “attendance” ? has anyone asked for an alternate date ?
What is the reason some person are unwilling to attend interview?
Please give us the addresses/phone nos of short-listed candidates. We would like to contact them directly/send them Interview-Call letters ourselves directly.
How many applications have been received so far against our Advt. ? How many have been rated ? How many are A/B/C & R ?
When will you send us print-outs of Rating Analysis ?
Please send us xerox-copies of all A/B/C rated applications.
How much notice period do we need to give for interview ? for local candidates ? for outstation candidates ?
What travel-reimbursement do you recommend for different categories of candidates ?
How much time should we allow for interviewing each candidate ?
