1. Cyril will make View in their database and will give OES access rights to OES user.

Following fields should be involved in View:

• Assignment ID

• PEN

• Name of Candidate

• Organization (current)

• Designation (current)

• Educational Qualification (1,2,3)

• Past Company Details:

  • Company Name

  • Designation

  • Working Since

  • Years

  • Months

  • Location

• D.O.B.

• City

• Source

• Phone (R)

• Phone (O)

• Mobile No.

2. Cyril will display Assignment ID to the users who are making a search in Cyril. Users need to remember Assignment ID. When user comes to OES system, he/she must enter Assignment ID to fetch selected candidates from Cyril.

3. OES will put one field ASSIGNMENT (Number 6.0) in Candidate Listing screen.

4. PEN No. will be Number (10,0) in OES.

5. 3P consultants will give logo of 3P or ORE.

6. OES will need SOURCE (from which site mail is coming) in mails for shipping barcode.

7. There will be break in:

   • Consultant-wise

   • Client-wise

   • Along with Reports provided

8. Another view for PEN (Refer to separate note)

9. Standardization in table names and table space.

10. DB space will start with OE and with 3P.

11. How many DB spaces can be created in Oracle 8i (Mail to Mr. Nagle)

12. No. of tables allowed per DB space in Oracle 8i.

13. Standardized Table (for Correspondence):

• Unique Correspondence Serial No. MM (100)

• Date of letter: MM Date

• Subject

• Client Code: Null / Varchar(8)

• Addressee To: Varchar(8)

• SOH

• User ID: Null

• Few Keywords: MM BLOB

• File

• PEN

• Forced Closure Date

Serial No. needs to be printed on letters.

Formatting:

• Font: Times New Roman, Size 12

• Paper: A4 Letters

  • 1 inch – Left side

  • 3 inch – Top

  • 0.75 inch – Right

  • 1.2 inch – Bottom

Menu Box (Screen):

• 12 options

  • ADD

  • VIEW

  • DELETE (Forced Closure Date)

Standardized letters need to be given by 3P Consultants.

Reports will be broken by:

• Company-wise

• Division

• Branch

• Consultant

• Client

• Reports will be printed A4 (normal).

• If width is more, then it will be printed in landscape.

• Data from SOM to SOH needs to be included.

• Filtering criteria for Reports.
