“PROGNOSYS” Remarks

< 20% of Population

Surest way to improve your salary is to acquire higher education / new skills and offer to do multi-tasking within your current company. Must rate “Excellent” in Performance Appraisal.

≥ 20% and < 40%

You can move to a higher salary slab than aggressive job-search.
Use our Free Resume Blast service to announce your existence to 18000+ corporate recruiters.
Do not remain a hidden GEM!

≥ 40% and < 60%

When it comes to deciding on job-switching, use a prime candidate for laugh / pink-slip, unless you are damn efficient and a go-getter.
Remember, you have got yourself onto a “tread-mill” and cannot stop.

≥ 60% and < 80%

Do not “submit resume” on any job-portal (including this!), but make sure a copy is available with leading headhunters.
You ought to be heading a section / unit / SBU in a large organisation / industry leader.

≥ 80% of Population

Just ensure that you have not priced yourself out of the job-market!
If you still want to change job, go for a higher designation, not salary.
