Dear HR Manager/Headhunter:

When you conduct an Interview, there is no doubt you frequently refer to the candidate's resume—most likely a printout. Once-in-a-while, a keyword catches your attention and you ask a related question.

However, what happens more frequently is,

  • You fail to notice all the Keywords, which describe that candidate’s ASK (Attitude-Skills-Knowledge). Often you notice these Keywords, after the interview is over and the candidate has left!
  • Even when you do notice an interesting Keyword, You cannot think-up of the right/appropriate

question to ask, in a couple of seconds.

  • Even when your Interview-Panel Colleague manages to ask a keyword-relevant question, You cannot make out whether the Candidate’s answer is correct/right!

Obviously, that resume print-out which you are holding in your hand,

  • cannot "shout-out" the ASK Keywords!
  • cannot "suggest/recommend" relevant questions for asking!
  • cannot "whisper" the right answers in your ear!

In short, a resume print-out cannot engage with you in a dialogue. You could as well be reading Dead Sea-Scrolls.

But our Interactive Interview Tool (IIT) transforms a plain text resume into Profiles.

IIT also transforms YOU into the most thorough/systematic/scientific Interviewer east of Suez! In case of doubt, read WOW Factors $\rightarrow$ Link

IIT

Interactive Interview Tool

"WOW" Effects

  • A databank of 15000+ Interview Questions (for nearly every skill/function/Knowledge Area)
  • A databank of 60,000+ Keywords (on every imaginable subject/topic)
  • Click on any Keyword in a candidate's resume, to pop-up/present,
    • 10/15 related/associated keywords
    • 5/50 Interview Questions
  • What good is an Interview Question, unless you know the Answer too? NO problem!

Click on any Keyword to get detailed write-up/definition ON that subject.

Now you don't have to be a subject expert before asking a question & any question to a Candidate.

  • Click on $\boxed{\text{GoogleFind}}$ to check-out on a candidate's background. If anybody is somebody, Google ought to know!
  • How much does the Candidate know about your Company? If he/she is looking for a senior-level position with you, he/she ought to know quite a lot.

Click on button $\boxed{\text{Company Profile}}$ to display details about your company. NOW ask him what he knows.

Most candidates never bother to find out anything about their prospective employer. But a serious candidate would have done a lot of homework, before appearing for interview.

  • Say You are interviewing a candidate for the position of "Materials Manager"

Does he know what would he need to handle? what will be his responsibilities?

Just click on button $\boxed{\text{Job Description}}$ to display job-role/what would be expected of him, should you decide to offer him this job.

It is better not to leave anything vague/unsaid/implied, only to regret later!

  • When you use IIT, it does not matter whether the candidate is sitting in front of you or you are interviewing him over phone, 10,000 miles away - with IIT on your Computer screen distance becomes irrelevant.

As soon as the candidate comes on your phone-line, just enter his PEN (Permanent Executive Number) in the $\boxed{\text{IIT}}$ and start the interview.

  • IIT contains an online Candidate Assessment (CA) page. Even as you are interviewing, you can start tracking $\checkmark$ your assessment/evaluation of that candidate on CA page.
    • It is best to record your impression (about various attributes of the candidate), when it is fresh/vivid/live.

You can even make some preliminary assessment to begin with - then change it as you ask more questions $\leftarrow$ as the interview proceeds.

Only,

Once you click $\boxed{\text{SUBMIT}}$ at the end of the interview, you cannot change anything.

  • At the end of the interview, you can email CA (Candidate Assessment) page to anyone
  • If anyone from your Organisation, has ever interviewed that candidate earlier, IIT will alert you!

In such an event, you can View

  • Who Interviewed this person earlier
  • When
  • What was that Assessment
  • even if he was interviewed by your distant branch office/factory, 5 years back!

For multi-locational Companies, this "Interview History" of each & every Candidate is a great advantage.

  • You can even create your own/private databank of interview questions (simple excel sheet) and upload into IIT. NOW, every time you click on a Keyword, your PRIVATE questions will pop-up first!

And the beauty is $\rightarrow$ no other Co/Op. HR manager can see/access your PRIVATE questions - ever!

Just ask all "Subject experts" in your Company to start writing tough Interview questions for each position!
