later realized that this may possible because,

website droplist I found 10 Industry Names which I did not find in our own
droplist.
Then
concluded that out of these 10, there are 5 which are worth adding in our own
droplist.

not to upset our listing sequence and ordering numbers I thought of

On second
thought, why not add to our drop list, all of those 10 Industry Names which are
currently missing from our list? Why wait till these industries become Big? May
be these are already Big! Who known?
One
immediate advantage of adding all these 10, is that our live jobs database will
immediately go – up thru RSS feeds from Naukri!
Of course,
we will need to do Mapping.
But, as
mentioned earlier let us list all of these 10, at the very bottom of our
existing droplist so as not to disturb the Numbering / Mapping which already
exists.
Apart from
this one more suggestions: In the enclosed Naukri list, I have marked in Red-----,
some Industry Names, which may be worth adding into our own corresponding
droplist. By such adding, our own drop list descriptions would become comprehensive.

tabulation for all the 3 will be identical as shown in the top half of the

Viral Marketing
In B2B we are offering to marketers, an
innovative method of reaching out to their potential customers – and absolutely
free.
But B2B is our own Product / service
Is there an Innovative way to market it? How do
we market our own product?
As with our previous 7 websites of course, I
will be sending out promo emails to likely users ( companies / organizations
etc.) whose email Ids we have complied over the years, asking them to register.
But the most effective marketing strategy is
to, Get the product / service itself to promote it / market it.
Get users / visitors to our website to market
it ( viral marketing ). We must motivate visitors to talk about our service (
word of mouth) It is in this context, that I have designed enclosed page: Help
your Friends
On most other websites, you will find a simple
link Refer to a friend
Email this page to a friend
Icons for Facebook / Linked in etc. where hopefully,
our visitors will write something nice about us, for his friends to see.
In Help your Friends, it is a bit more
elaborate.
Whether, any visitor will take the trouble ( to
market our site), will depend upon, how easy or difficult the process of
Recommending is and the time it takes.
If the process is as simple as clicking on a
link / button a few visitors may do so.
In this process there is minimum Friction to
overcome. Hardly any time.
Anything more elaborate will make the visitor
shy away.
He has really no incentive / motivation , to
oblige US!
Keeping this in mind, I have included following
features in Help your Friends:
We are providing him an opportunity to oblige
his friends not us and an opportunity to earn their gratitude.
It he is happy with our Default message, then
no time required to compose.
Duly filled up list of ( say 10 / 50) Email Ids
– again no wastage of time.
Q – Whose email Ids?
Option #1 – we pick up ( and enter) , email
Id’s from our database of 47 lakh candidates.
But,
These are certainly Not friends of the visitor
( most unlikely)
And if these are not his friends, then why
should he take the trouble to recommend our site to them?
They may not even be self Employed
Recipients may not appreciate receiving a

Friends) is getting downloaded onto the computer of a visitor, Our Coolie
searches for his contact list of email Ids ( in outlook Express etc) picks up
10 or 50 email Ids ( or All email IDs from all mail box folders - may be 5000!)
AND automatically enter some of these into the
right side box!!!!
Ofcourse, if the visitor recognizes some of
these email IDs (as he is bound to!), he will wonder how we managed to collect
email IDs of his friends into our database and how we managed to pick up and
display only those and none others!!
of course, if we present to him a Combination
List of email Ids Consisting of:
25 Ids picked up from his outlook Express
And
25 Ids picked up from our 47 lakhs
Then, somehow, he may re council and stop
wondering

notice that it is somewhat different from a similar page on customizeResume.
This is merely a draft, and I am open to any suggestions.
The idea behind displaying companies according
to 16 “Display Types”, is to arouse interest in visitors.
Registration Date wise display reveres chronologically
(Latest Registered at the top). Shall we follow the same logic for the other
display types as well?
Somewhere we should also have a counter for
Grand Total.
You will notice that I have added a country
column because we wish to emphasize that B2B is a Global Platform.
As far as display of google map while clicking
on organization Name, is concerned, I think it should be possible, but you may
need to experiment.

which Marketing Messages will get blaster

get blasted strictly on the basis of FIFO (First In, First out) Early comers
get priority. Late comes stand at the end of the queue.
Rerevised

Messages to
get blasted according to the message – size ( No. of characters in a given
message). Smaller messages, overtake longer messages, which get pushed back in
the queue.
As each
message gets added, the queue will get re-arranged dynamically with the
smallest message at top and longest message at the buttom.
Why?
This
(revised logic) will encourage the subscribers to compose small messages.
At the same
time, more messages can be blasted, with limited bandwidth.
SME (with
short / simple messages) will stand to benefit. In most cases, these
organizations have No Money to spend on advts. In papers / TV etc.
Those who
have, originally compose a very long messages, may get tempted to go back and
Edit their messages and shorten these, to jump the queue.
Corollary
In the
unsolicited Mail capture UMC pages (approx. 4 lakh companies in B2B and 47 lakh
candidates = consumers, in B2C, also we must arrange / re- arrange the
tabulations, dynamically, so that the shortest message is at the top &
longest at Bottom.

“when is my turn in the queue?’ There are two ways of showing your
place in the queue. Chronologically ( Earliest at top
/ latest at bottom) Order in which messages are
getting blasted You see, we have limited resources
and our service is FREE. So, it is natural that many organization will queue
up. Hence, we decided to give priority to short messages. As each message
gets added, this queue gesture arranged dynamically, with the shortest

Messages to
get blasted strictly based on FIFO (First In, first out) Early comers get priority.
Late comes stand at the end of the queue.
Revised
Logic Messages to get blasted according to the message-size (No. of characters in
each message). Smaller messages, overtake longer messages, which get pushed
back in the queue.
As each
message gets added, the Queue will get re-arranged dynamically with the
smallest message at top and longest message at the bottom.
Why?
This
(revises logic) will encourage the subscribers to compose small messages.
At the same
time, more messages can be blasted, with limited bandwidth.
SME (with
short / simple messages) will stand to benefit. In most cases, these
organizations have no money to spend on advts in papers / TV etc.
Those who
have originally composed a very long message may get tempted to go back and
edit their messages and shorten these, to jump the queue.
Corollary
In the unsolicited Mail capture UMC pages (approx. 4 lakh companies in B2B and 47 lakh candidates = consumers, in B2C, also we must arrange / re-arrange the tabulations, dynamically, so that the shortest messages are at the top & longest at Bottom.

I have some
across a no. of websites, which allow you to send out an inquiry or send a
proposal to a business.
But normally,
one can send such a message (inquiry / proposal) to only one business (company)
at a time. This is a serious limitation, for companies / Businesses which want
to send out their promotional messages to hundreds or even thousands of
companies, at one go.
There could
be several reasons for this:
Because the
service is FREE
Because of
load (emailing) that may get imposed on the server if thousands of messages
(emails) must be pushed out every hour especially if the messages are very
long.
Some
websites, allow Free registration (basic) but charge some annual subscription
from (registration) companies for

Verification
/ certification

Displaying
website URL etc.
Some
websites display ads (AdWords) AdSense from which they make money.
I have not
carefully studied their revenue models.
Now, it
would be reasonable to ask:
If several
such sites exist, where is the need for one more?
What can we

How will we

I do not
have perfectly satisfactory answers to all of these questions, but the

And then, there are sever limitations as far as

And then, there is no feedback from those who
may have read / viewed such ads.

whatever we charge, we must recover the cost of sending out that email.
Then again Rs. 1.0 per target company, could
be ridiculously cheap for foreign companies trying to find customers /collaborators.
Dealers / Stock lists / Distributors in India.
Then there
is also the question of potential user companies believing in our offering
quite often they have been taken for a ride by flying by the night outfits, who
charged them a pretty sum and then shut down their websites!!
How do you
get them to trust you?
And we
don’t want to say that we are associated with 3P which enjoys a solid
reputation amongst corporate India.
One way out
is to offer our services, for free for,
Either a
fixed limited period (say 12 months from date of launch) OR
First 10000
(or 100000) emails.
I prefer the
second option.
After first
100000 emails ( marketing messages), a registered Corpo. Subscribers would need
to pay Rs. 100 /- for every 1000 messages.
This is
cheap enough for a subscriber to continue to patronize us, especially if he has
received some positive feedback / response from the initial 100000 messages.
It is also
possible that by the time he completes his Free quota of 100000 messages, he
