I have yet to prepare U/I for our own ADMIN. Essentially, these pages are nothing more than AGGREGATE / TOTAL of respective U/Is for each Partner – a kind of “Bird’s Eye View.”
If we decide to give this project to Vikram, I am sure he can develop RecruitGum’s ADMIN U/I on his own.

This refers to our discussion today. Enclosed find some display tables.
I consider these VERY VITAL inputs for Corporates & Candidates.
If they are able to view their entire HISTORY at one glance in chronological sequence, they would prefer IndiaRecruiter (and other partner websites) over other portals.
And, as far as Corpo HR mgrs are concerned, the FEAR that the whole world (especially the Candidate-world) would openly see/discuss/debate their ARM Index / ARM Score (see my note that US Revolutionary of 12-11-05) – would be a very powerful incentive for them to give some feedback / importance to each & every applicant WITHIN 24 hours!
