Project Barter, hopefully we should soon start receiving mailing lists of
candidates from placement agencies.
Then
we should write (email) to these candidates & persuade them to send us
their email resumes.
This
process should be automated & take place at night, everyday. There should
be no manual counting (as to how many email IDs we have cumulatively received
from various placement agencies – as to how many of these, we have sent out our
persuasive emails – as to how many have responded – as to which are the ones
who did NOT respond, etc. etc.). All of these statistics should be visible
automatically on my desk, simply by clicking on an icon. This is an automated
process – saving many minutes & we cannot afford to let Deepa spend more
than 10 minutes a day on statistics compilation & starting/stopping the
process.
