Hi Friends,

Even as I launch this today ( my 80th Birthday ), I realize that there is yet so much to say and do. There is just no time to look back, no time to wonder,"Will anyone read these pages?"

DAILY GRAPH-EGO

Body:
Under Project EGO, we will soon start receiving:

A. Edited ImageBuilders at upload@recruitguru.com

B. Fresh email resumes at “Imagebuilder@recruitguru.com”

In turn, B-type fresh resumes have to be converted to ImageBuilder versions & returned back to concerned candidates along with Interactive Response page AND Covering letter “Want Interview Call Today?”

We must automate this process so that whatever plain email resumes are received, get converted & returned back within 24 hours.

Graph:
Cumulative number on Y-axis; Date on X-axis.

Two rising lines:

  • “Plain emails received”
  • “ImageBuilders forwarded back (with Covering Letter)”
  • Shows backlog if gap widens.

 Title under graph:

Under “Ideal/Controlled/Automated” process, the graph should look like:

Two nearly parallel rising lines:

  • Plain emails received
  • Converted ImageBuilders forwarded back

Backlog shown as a dotted area above the “forwarded back” line.

Handwritten explanation below graph:

This is a proof that both the arrival & the sending back are going on at the same speed hand-in-hand and that the conversion backlog at any point of time does not exceed one day’s supply.

If the rate of arrival doubles, the rate of despatch might also double.

“I would like to see this graph on my PC. As soon as you find that arrivals are picking up, you must immediately deploy additional resources (PCs) to catch up, so that there is no accumulation/backlog.”
