The system has been tested thoroughly and is working appropriately. However there are certain points/errors raised in UAT feedback form which needs be closed. We are going through printouts of the reports as per R.C. version 1.1 and will revert to you on accuracy of reports as per R.C. version 1.1 by Friday 15, June 2001. Hence this certificate is deemed to be a provisional sign-off.
