  • Online Sales of Resumes Concerns
    • Subordinate staff (Rs. 200)
    • Entry-level (fresh) staff (Rs. 100)
    • Retd. Prof. (Rs. 500).
  • When a recruiter selects & fills up the Shopping-Basket, he finds following message at the bottom:

Dear Sir

You have shortlisted [X] Candidates for which you need to pay us Rs. [ ]

(X x Rs. 200/100/500).

When you [Submit] this shopping basket to us, We will send you an Invoice for the amount mentioned above. When you Send us your cheque/D-D against this invoice, we will email to you the full resumes of the Concerned Candidates, along with their 'Contact Info' to enable you to get in touch with them directly."

So we have taken the first step.

We still need 2 more steps to completely automate the process -

These are:

  • Upon receipt of the shopping-basket, automatic generation & emailing of invoice.
  • Upon receipt of the cheque/D-D, automatic despatch of full resumes to the recruiter.

Between these 2 steps, there will be a small manual step, as shown below.

From this chart, it is clear that the "Submit Resume" form to be made available to "RECRUITMENT AGENTS" must have provision to enter "CONTACT INFO OF THE CANDIDATE" (and not that of the Agency as in case of Placement Agencies). This has to be "mandatory" as well.

In case of "Placement Agency", the CD given, will automatically fill-in the Contact Info of THE agency itself, in each resume (so that the agency does not have to enter it again & again).

There will be no such provision in case of CD, to be given to a RECRUITMENT AGENCY.

It is possible that some Placement Agencies have a lot of resumes of Subordinate staff in their box-files and would like to receive both the CDs.

WILL this cause any problem?
