From the above-mentioned figures, you can conclude whether the no. of resumes coming-in thru your organisation is satisfactory or whether you need to aggressively publicise amongst your students/surfers/jobseekers our unique facility of:

Once a person submits his resume on our website (even thru one of our Partner websites) and activates the "job-alert" feature, he would, thereafter, receive an email alert, everytime some Company posts a job-advt. on our website which "matches" the profile of the jobseeker.
