- Perhaps the answer lies in enclosed sheet

- Something seems to be terribly wrong !

- With this discrepancy, no one would believe our claim of “over 2 lakh job-advts” in our database !

Guiness World Record?

Dear Executive,

What is the Guniess World Record for maximum unique customized version of any given resume?

I don’t know but possibilities are:

- 40320 unique version with 8 graphical profiles 9 for non-it professional)

- 362880 unique version with 9 graphical profiles ( for IT professional)

- Given this scenario it is extremely improbable / unlikely that you and your umpteen friends / co professional may have customized identical versions. You can check-out by emailing to them, link of your unique customized version to them and asking them to mail their links to you. Here is now:

6. Feature for creating/adding NEW/ADDITIONAL functions/skills, for rating of text resumes by

à Naming New function or skill

à Typing of set of keywords pertaining to that NEW function/skill

à Against each of those keywords, deciding/typing “WEIGHTAGES” (total cannot exceed 100%)

7. Reset counter after every 100 resumes parsed

8. Graphs will get generated only when a particular user’s database reaches 100 resumes in (for) any given function/skill. Till such time “Raw Score Frequency Distribution” (of say, 93 resumes parsed so far, far function = Sales) will be shown in a tabulation, without computing MEAN, STANDARD DEVIATION (sigma) etc.

9. User may download STRUCTURED DATABASE (from IndiaRecruiter) using InterViewer.

10. Can we give a facility whereby whatever NEW function/skills, he creates/adds in his own, offline Resume Parser, can be uploaded into

Poll-e-Ticks ?

So that other users can benefit ?

11. Obviously local graphs will be based on local (own/unique) database of resumes, and will compare any given resumes with other resumes Within the local database.

There is a possibility that the user his not satisfied/happy with just LOCAL Comparison. He may ask,

“ How does this resume compare with a much larger database of resumes on IndiaRecruiter? where does this candidate stand in relation to ALL similar (function/Industry wise) Candidates in IndiaRecruiter’s database? ”

To answer/satisfy this curiosity, we should provide, on IndiaRecruiter, a page, where, a local user of Resume Parser, Can upload one or more resumes.

This is absolutely VOLUNTARY and we are not accessing his database !

If & when he uploads, any resume/s, IndiaRecruiter will parse/add these to its own database, redraw graphs & compare with its entire population. Local user should be able to download these.

12. Obviously there will have to be an “EDIT PARSED DATABASE” page.

13. There will also be a Resume Search Engine

14. Resume parsed locally cannot have a PEN – but, if uploaded/parsed on our website/graphed and then downloaded, then these will have PEN ! How do we reconcile this ?

All you need to do is to

Ø Submit Resume (thru all5 stages) to create your MASTER/DEFAULT resume

Ø Download the MASTER (-it is a WORD document)

Now re-arrange the graphs (drag-and-drop) to create (and save) as many versions as you want.

They can view on their BlackBerry/3G phone

You may use any version to:

Do not push your resume uninvited into the mailboxes of Corporate Recruiters – even if it is a Customized Resume.

Instead Send out an invitation to those recruiters to visit your Computer and look-up your Customized resume.

It is quite easy.

Simply download (free) and install browser Opera Unite (10.10). Then, with one click, generate an URL for the file in which you have stored your Customized resume. Email this URL (link) to recruiters, requesting them to enter it in their browser to enable them to see your Customized resume.

Now your computer has become your Server !
