EMPLOYER – Interview Console
When you finish the interview, at the bottom of this page, you must enter:
- Final rating of the candidate
- Final decision regarding job offer
Decision options:
- Send Reject
- Keep on Hold
- Send Offer
System behavior:
- If you select Reject or Keep on Hold, an automatic reply is sent to the candidate.
- If you select Send Offer, you will be redirected to the “Post Offer Letter” page.
EMPLOYER – Post Job Offer Letter
After interviewing and selecting a candidate, you must send him/her a Job Offer.
On this page:
- You see your company’s Standard Offer Letter (drafted earlier).
- You can EDIT / SAVE / POST the offer letter.
- Once posted, it is sent to the selected candidate.

During the online interview:
- The interviewer may or may not tell you that you are selected.
- A job offer may follow later.
How to check your status:
- Visit this page every few hours to see if a job offer has been posted.
If you receive a job offer, you MUST choose one:
- Accept
- Reject (give reasons for rejection)
EMPLOYER – Summary of Job Offers Made
On this page:
- The candidate’s Acceptance or Rejection of your job offer is posted automatically.
- If a candidate rejects, you also receive a separate automatic email.
- This page provides a summary of all job offers made across all positions.
