Submit Resume
Date: 25-10-2012
Dear Jobseeker,
- For participating in OnlineJobsFair, the first step is to submit your resume here.
- You must have passed:
- a Diploma (after 10th standard), or
- a Degree (after 12th standard).
- You qualify as a “Fresh Graduate” even if you have passed higher Diplomas / Degrees, as long as your total experience is less than 2 years.
- As far as recruiting employers are concerned, the Institute / College / University from where you graduated and the % marks obtained in the Final Year Exam are very important.
- For most jobs, knowledge of English and computer skills are also important.
- Nearly ALL employers prefer VIDEO INTERVIEWS.
So make sure you log in from a PC / Tablet with a built-in video camera and Skype installed.

Notes for “Submit Resume” Page
- Employers will like to compare / tally:
- Final year % marks entered in Educational Details
- with the Final Year Marks Sheet image uploaded
→ to ensure the candidate is telling the truth.
- The decision (whether to call a candidate for interview or not) will be based on this comparison.
- OnlineJobsFair is all about VIDEO INTERVIEWING.
Hence, comparing the candidate’s photo / video with the face appearing on Skype is essential to eliminate the risk of “proxy” candidates. - References must be part of the resume, visible to the employer when he clicks PEN on any page.
- When an employer clicks on the Email ID of any professor:
- Outlook (or email client) should open automatically
- allowing the recruiter to send a reference check email.
- Ideally, the email message box should open pre-filled with a STANDARD REFERENCE CHECK FORM (editable).
- If possible, the system can prepare a draft reference email automatically.

List of Live Jobs
Date: 13-10-2012
Dear Jobseeker,
- You need to be logged in to view this list and apply against any job.
- “Live Jobs” are those job advertisements where companies are still accepting resumes at the time of your application.
- Jobs whose last date for accepting resumes is over will not appear here.
- Just because you apply does not guarantee an interview.
- After receiving your resume, the company will:
- review it,
- possibly contact your references (professors),
- and then decide whether to interview you.
- If selected for interview:
- your name will automatically appear in the Jobseeker Interview Schedule,
- and you will receive alerts via email & SMS.
- There is no danger in applying twice for the same job.
- Simply check the last column when you revisit this page.
