Notes for “Submit Resume” Page

  • Employers will like to compare / tally:
    • Final year % marks entered in Educational Details
    • with the Final Year Marks Sheet image uploaded
      → to ensure the candidate is telling the truth.
  • The decision (whether to call a candidate for interview or not) will be based on this comparison.
  • OnlineJobsFair is all about VIDEO INTERVIEWING.
    Hence, comparing the candidate’s photo / video with the face appearing on Skype is essential to eliminate the risk of “proxy” candidates.
  • References must be part of the resume, visible to the employer when he clicks PEN on any page.
