Therefore, as in case of WWI, you may want to insert an intermediate page only for admin to log in.

When he does, he gets to see enclosed page.

·     I suppose "Exchange Flight deck" link will be on homepage of Global Recru.

·     You will notice that to see / view statistics of any particular partner website, you don’t need to enter that partner's user ID/ Password - as in case of WWI. GR Network Admin should be able to see statistics of

·     any partner Website (r ALL together)

·     any parameter

·     any year/ month (any combination of these)

·     from SAME PAGE & With ONE use ID/ Password.

·     Someday we should modify WWI Admin like this.

This refers to our discussion today. Enclosed find some display tables.

I consider these VERY VITAL inputs for Corporates & Candidates.

If they are able to view their entire HISTORY at one glance in chronological sequence, they would prefer IndiaRecruiter (and other partner websites) over other portals.

And, as far as Corpo HR mgrs are concerned, the FEAR that the whole world (especially the Candidate-world) would openly see/discuss/debate their ARM Index / ARM Score (see my note that US Revolutionary of 12-11-05) – would be a very powerful incentive for them to give some feedback / importance to each & every applicant WITHIN 24 hours!
