Methodology:
This
will be carried out on DIGITRON-type of imaging-system.
Advt.
will be placed on a Scanner and will appear on the left-half of
monitor-screen.
Right
half of the screen will have a blank format with distinct blocks as shown. The HHSP
system will have the capability to transfer - in a selective manner - what
appears in Advt. copy on the right, images to the left-side of the screen.
This
should be done with help of a mouse or a Cursor.
Everything
on the left-side of the screen shall be coded and permit selective
retrieval.
HOW
WILL THE SYSTEM HELP
Examples:
- Company-wise
analysis of
- posts
advertised
- expenses
incurred

\text{ over last 1 year}$$
A
letter campaign will tell the Company - they need not advertise / spend so much
money - how many persons (of that kind) we have in Databank - If they
still wish to advertise, they can become member of 3P club & reap
the benefits.
- Industry-wise
analysis will tell us which are
"Sun-Rise" industries (the one with most-frequency of Advt).

Within
a given industry, which Co. Advts most? Is it an indicator that it is expanding
at above-average rate? or losing people very fast?
What
NEW industries are entering job-market? e.g.

\\ \text{Corporate Investors (overseas)} \\ \text{Oil Exploration (Pvt.

In drafting Advt. for other Client-Co's in Same Industrial
Sector.
One
by one, we can recall all Advts stored, for e.g.
- Given
function (e.g. Maintenance)
- Position/Designation
(e.g. Manager, )
- Industry
(e.g. Domestic Appliances)
and
use the info to draft a new Advt. We should be able to print a hard copy of
either the left screen or the Right screen at will.

This
would be a standard-letter.
As
soon as Left Hand Screen is completed and EXIT command is given, HHSP
Exec. Search Module will get automatically activated (treating
left-hand screen as an Executive Search Request) and prepare/print a short-list
(of persons meeting weightage of 60 or above) and print-out a STANDARD-LETTER
to the advertiser, enclosing (print-out) short-list.
With
FAX NO. retrieved from MASTER, the STANDARD-LETTER should
get faxed by same afternoon!
In
years to come, our KEY SUCCESS FACTORS are going to be
