It is a mass-mailing software (freeware) which you can download here - and in course of time, from many other websites

Q. Does one need to register in order to download?

No. You can download without registering.

we will record, this data in our server's "USER DATABASE' and email (at the email ID given in the Activation Screen) an Activation Link", Only when your click on this link, will Mulberry get activated.

Q. This is as good as "online Registration. why do you adopt this round-about

For the following reasons:

1. We want only genuine persons with genuine email IDs, to be able to use this software. Once the activation link has been clicked, we will insert this email ID in each outgoing email from Mulberry - along with the name of the user/person.

We do not want that Mulberry gets used for spamming!

2. We want a genuine user to be able to make any no. of copies of Mulberry for free distribution amongst, friends-relatives-colleagues etc. of course, these "copies' won't work unless activated by the recipients in the manner described earlier.

3. If any recipient complains to us of any particular user carrying-out "spamming", We want to be in a position to advise such user to desist from spamming.

Q. To be able to use Mulberry, are there any other requirements?

Q. can Mulberry Master Message Template, carry my thumb nail photo, so that photo, making it a personalized email ?

Sure, we have made a provision for you to paste your photo (max. ----kb) in the Template.

My only worry is that Anti spam software tend to block! Reject emails carrying images!

Q. Can Mulberry email messages be in languages other than English?

Q. Why have you limited the size of a Target Group email ID databases to 10000?

In order to discourage spamming.

Q. If the emailing process is on" and there is a power failure, do I have to restart the entire campaign all over, When the power returns?

NO! The emailing process will automatically resume from where it had stopped.

Q. Can I stay about it campaign once it has started?

No. But as long as a campaign has still not started, you can always re-schedule it.

Q. can I create a campaign but NOT schedule it ?

Sure, just don't enter "Date Time against that campaign in the SCHEDULE SCREEN, If you are undecided, when you want to start. you can enter When you make up your mind.

Q. Can I edit/modify a MASTER MESSAGE (template) created earlier?

Sure, you can. You can "copy" the MASTER and then EDIT. This will Create another AVATAR( Reincarnation of the MASTER, Without altering the MASTER.

This is very convenient if your messages too different groups, are only slightly differing.

You can go on altering endlessly (without changing the Master ) to create many AVATARS.

Your Original Master template remain intact forever.

Q. When I edit/ modify a MASTER MESSAGE ( template) to create a new AVATAR, do I have to name it differently?

Yes, you do. This new different) naming mandatory far Mulberry to create a new campaign and a new campaign- history.

Q. I have scheduled one campaign at 8 pm and the next one at 9 pm, but, for some reason, the first campaign does not get completed till 9:30 pm. what happen in such a situation?

In such a situation, Mulberry will automatically delay/postpone the second campaign till the first one gets over. This AUTO-RESCHEDULE feature ensures that only one campaign takes place at any given time.
